The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I starting purchasing from lush with the desire to shop for environmentally friendly and use Canadian business skin-care, but the amazing customer experience with the lovely products is what keeps me coming back.

Such friendly workers every time I visit! I also made an online order to pick up in store and got free samples with my order! I was so pleasantly surprised

I had a BLAST in lush today! The staff are so fun, friendly and helpful! I came in for one bath bomb and left the store with a months supply! The store has a fantastic policy and you get to wash your hands with their products before shopping!! I cannot wait to try out these super cute bath bombs and bubble bath foam things! Thanks to Chris and the team for making my day brighter!

I dropped into this Lush location today with a couple of things in mind to purchase. The 2 ladies working were super helpful and very knowledgeable in every aspect. The 1 lady helped me find the 2 things I was looking for, helped explain to me how to use them and then also gave me a few samples of other products to try at home. She was so kind and was sure to ask me about my skin type and was very thorough with everything. I really enjoyed my time at this store today!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It can get a little crowded and bust at times. But still one of my favourite stores!

I visited LUSH for the first time recently and was surprised by the exceptional level of customer service delivered by the staff members. I was promptly greeted by a friendly employee and directed towards the items I was looking for. I was given multiple free samples of products I have since returned to purchase. A staff member behind the counter even offered to collect the items I was purchasing from the shelf for me if I didn't feel like walking around the store. I was not expecting such a positive and memorable experience while purchasing just a few small items.

The staff at this location are so AWESOME! I love visiting LUSH and my daughter loves that a store gives out samples. The variety of gifts for people of all ages, truly makes gift giving super easy!

I LOVE LUSH!!!! I could just end the review there but, I don`t want to. My cats also love lush. It seems that if I forget to rinse the tub after say a wonderful Twilight, Pink or Big Sleep bath bomb, well my cats just LOVE to sparkle. I also have purchased many facial products and have yet to complain about 1. My absolute favorite is the Don`t Look At Me Now cleanser. Lemon and ground rice based leaves my face feeling soft, smooth and deep cleansed for days. Another favorite is the Dream Steam toner and the Tee Tree Toner. Seriously deep cleans and leaves your skin feeling fresh and radiant. So still with the face is Enchanted eye cream. Amazing value because it lasts FOREVER. So my last biggest recommendation is Feeling Younger skin tint. This you can mix with any facial cream and glow for the next 24 hours. It`s better the caking on a powder. It`s light on the skin and lasts for hours.Oh if you love to give as well as receive massages there are many choices of massage bars to chose from for all of you aches and pains.

Excellent service at this location! The products at Lush speak (and smell) for themselves, but what makes or breaks a shopping experience in a chain store is the staff. The ladies working here are great - friendly, knowledgeable and NOT overbearing. I am not a frequent shopper at Lush and always feel a bit overwhelmed in the store. But we went last night to purchase a birthday gift and had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful and made some great suggestions for our gift. I especially appreciated that they did not even attempt to steer us towards product that would not have fit our needs. Once we picked the items for our gift, we browsed all of the other items in the store and I made a mental checklist of what I would like to pick up for myself the next time I'm at the mall. It was definitely the staff that have made me become a repeat customer.
