Suzette and Susie have the best customer service skills. It is very hard in this day to have staff go above and beyond, by advising what I might need, suggesting new products, and just remembering all of their customers on a first name basis. These two girls are very, very good.

Suzette and susan go above and beyond to help you find products or knowledge on new products. Between the two of them they definitely work very hard to keep shop running smoothly and shelves stocked. Downside could use a bigger store to allow more people to shop at once

AMAZING is the only word I can use for my experience earlier today at London Canrad . Suzette was THE BEST , most helpful with a lovely smile. It was my first visit and for sure not the last. Best customer service with great selection of products.

They are absolutely wonderful!! I went in there just before Christmas break and they were dancing and laughing and having a ball!! What a breath of fresh air from what seems to be a constant interaction with stale and negative customer service nearly everywhere else. They are helpful and sincere and go above and beyond!!

The dream team at Canrad London is wonderful! These girls are super kind, organized and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and stocked and the girls are always happy to help choose the right product or colour for your client. I always look forward to my visits with these two!
