Fantastic service. Friendly and very helpful. They found a great price on a flight and travel insurance. Set up a pre-flight covid 19 test and made sure I had everything to insure a safe trip. I will use Rainbow Travel again.

They are very pleasant and helpful. MADELYN, the one who helped me with my booking was particularly very informative and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner, unlike the previous agency I tried to make a booking with the person was very short and rude with her way of answering qestions.She sure made me feel stupid and dumb.I highly recommend RAINBOW TRAVEL to everyone for a much more enjoyable trip.MABUHAY to RAINBOW TRAVEL

Quite rude, condescending, and not helpful. The agent repeatedly kept explaining that 5 nights at a hotel would be cheaper than 7 nights, even though I told him that I understood that. We told him we were flexible with the dates and he argued that we weren't so he didn't help us help any better dates for travel. He spent most of his time on expedia - which I could do at home so it wasn't very helpful. Over all frustrating and a waste of time.

Thant is very helpful and attentive. He always keeps me up to date and genuinely takes care of me and my travel well being. I would recommend him as a travel agent. The receptionist Ethel is very friendly and accommodating whenever I call in. Nigel is very friendly and my brief encounters with him have been lovely. Nigel was so accommodating, and so was everyone in the agency. Told me what to do, and what to not do. They accommodated me even after their work hours. Will definitely go back next time. Hit up Nigel while you're there, truly a great guy.
