I put a bid on apartment which later initial check expert found the floor with a marginal slope.Which then needed an structural analysis to see if the foundation is settled or not.While the company could absoloutly bust me with a full building analysis, they started with initial inside unit measurements and get to verdict of officially certifying the health of building fundarion.Since then for any issue on my building I just dial their number, even if I need them to introduce some body else in the areas not related to their expertise.Absolout 5 out of 5.

Working with Nader was a delight, very easy going and eager to help he was able to understand the problem and provide an honest solution. When the contractor required modifications, Nader was always available to hear him and provide necessary modifications. Highly recommended !

I called Dena Consultants to get plans for structural work to reinforce the the structure in the crawl space. Nader was efficient, professional and very quick to complete the plans needed. We contacted Dena Consultants because the city of Mtl required that we get an engineer to write plans in order to close our balcony and turn it into an office.
