Dr ramy is abousltly the best. The best doctor I’ve ever been too. The wait is not as bad as people make it seem, people are impatient. 10/10 would recommend

Reception is not very kind, rude, attitude, rough tone... lack customer service and patience. Medical staffs should be the kindness and sympathetic people, because, every minute of their working day they interact with people that need medical attention for all reasons. I think she has become desensitized, unsympathetic and ANNOYED of people. If you don't like what your doing leave!Dr. Ramy and Dr. Khawaja were helpful

I had to bring my kid to a walk-in today and came here as the one closer to home was unexpectedly closed. We were seen very quickly and Dr. Ramy was excellent with my child. The staff at the front were very friendly as well.

Horrible customer service for a healthcare centre. Everytime I call to book an appt, they put me on hold for good 15 mins. Eventhough I book an appt every single time, I have always waited minimum 1 hour regardless! They always overbook people and expect them to wait around in the small waiting room that doesnt accomodate strollers or wheelchairs. I have a newborn now and I had to book her appointment 2 times for her vaccination because they make you wait so long and my newborn starts crying. This time again I booked an appointment, when I got there they told me dr is running behind and youll have to wait 30 mins, as usual I waited 1 hour in the waiting room then asked the receptionist its been 1 hour when is her turn coming?" I was told to wait longer as there is a family of 4 ahead of me. I waited longer.. And then baby started crying..but i didnt want to move and let her cry in front of all the people .. And then I was asked to move the stroller from the way .. And Eventually they sent me to a room bc of the crying baby. And then I waited in the room for another 30 mins.I dont think any mother wants to wait that long with babies who run on feeding and diaper change schedules.. Im looking for a new clinic where I can take her and wont have to wait as long as this and go through rude receptionists."

Worst service ever. The guy at reception does not have any experience to deal with clients.I called to talk to doctor and he was rude did not want to help and told me seek a another clinic.

ZMC Clinic and the staff are great Medical Office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish, Dr. Ramy and Mr. Hany are friendly, they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care, Appreciate Dr. Ramy taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ramy El - Zaharna is the most caring, kind, and patient family doctor I have ever had. He listens to your concerns and if he can't help personally he sends you to great specialists. I really appreciate the time he takes to care for our family. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a professional and inspirational family doctor.

After few months of struggle after landing in Canada, we found ZMC. Amazing doctors and decent service. Of course with limited resources and place, there might be wait times or other discomforts but overall I was highly satisfied with the ZMC team and the way they served their patients. I just heard Dr Ramy is discontinuing his practice and closing down ZMC. Feel very sad but wish Dr Ramy all the success in his future endeavors.

Dr Rammy is the absolute best doctor in the entire world. He cares like no other. He's very thorough. He is an amazing knowledgeable doctor that obviously has passion for people & their best health. I would highly reccomend Dr. Rammy & his staff.

Dr Khawaja is the best! Never felt more listened to by a doctor. She never doubts or blames you and gives you exactly what you need. Very knowledgeable about women's health, makes you feel comfortable, and discusses treatment options with you instead of thrusting a prescription at you like some doctors. Will continue seeing her for a long time.
