Received text that the parts that I ordered and paid for had come in. Arrived at 5:40pm to p/u my parts. Parts Dept closes at 5:30PM...Google Website shows 6:00PM. Wasted time and effort due to their not updating their Google Website.

DO NOT GO TO BIRCHWOOD HONDA WEST - I leased a 2022 Civic and it has less than 11K KM on it and the check engine light came on this morning. I was told when i leased that if there was any services that needs to be performed on the car that they would give me a loaner car while they fixed it.Well today i am told that i can drop it off and Uber around the city while they try to figure out whats wrong and hopefully its nothing major because if it is ill have to take Uber everywhere.... UMMM WHAT?

NO STARS!!!!! They never returned my call. My car was experiencing a system shut down. 10 warnings all at once, wouldn't drive properly. I called to talk to service rep and it went straight to voice-mail I left a message. They never returned my call. Called again and went to voice-mail. It didn't bother leaving another message. Won't continue to contact them. Only getting one because it won't let me post without it.

During the hard times in this World for getting car parts today the Birchwood Honda Portage Ave. West Winnipeg had a challenge with our 2013 very low mileage Honda Civic. Jagvir Malhi our assigned Service Consultant and Ian Cook the Service Manager persevered and were always polite and as helpful as possible during this challenge. We ended up with a much safer car with free service thrown in as well even though it was not their fault in these trying times. We had to reach out here with a review and give them both 5 stars and a thank you! Marcel and Kim.

I had a remote start installed andwas very impressed and pleased with the service I received. I had a couple of questions that didn’t involve the remote start and the technician went above and beyond in answering and explaining everything. 5 stars
