Megan was very patient and helpful by introducing the chart promotion and what benefits I can get. She recommended me the $60 17gb/month. I am waiting for the end of the month so I can switch to chatr.

Not recommended. Went with their 2022 Black Friday special 4 months @ $15 per month. So paid $60 for 4 months. Confirmed with them that it is for 4 months. They confirmed it was. My account was cancelled after 3 months. No help in resolving the missing 1 month. It was a good thing that I wasn't expecting any important calls that day or I could've been screwed.They wanted me to drive back to the kiosk and I let them know it was a 45 min drive and can they do it over the phone? They said no. I said but you have all the info and I have the same info. Account #, my name, my number, my birthday, even the invoice #. Why do I need to use 45 mins of my day to confirm my identity? It was their fault that they scammed me one month in the first place. We both have the same info on hand. Honestly not worth the hassle. I took the scammed one month as a lesson not to go with Chatr in the future and will not recommend anyone to even think of using them. Stay away from this Chatr Kiosk. They scam and want to waste your time to resolve their mistake.

Very happy to have them here now in Markville Mall. Did my Chatr top up and was very happy with the service. Staff solved my all the difficult queries with smile. A big Thumbs up to Chatr mobile.
