Our passport application was left with them and it was not received by Passport Canada over 50 days later. Best part is that you can't easily determine the status of it. You either redial hundreds of times using the Passport Canada phone number or apply" to receive the status of it (which can take weeks). And in my case I was told the application basically did not exist

Loved the older building and the great architecture of this well preserved building, The building was designed and built from 1913-1915 and originally designated to become the town's post office , Don't know if it ever did.

Been waiting for 2 hours. The most frustrating wait of my life. One person took 1 hour to be pressed. That shouldn’t be allowed. I understand that they want to be friendly but when you are waiting this long and all you hear is chit chat going on it’s the most frustrating thing ever. It really shows a lack of respect for everyone’s time. I took a day off to come here and other errands. But now the others get put off. I have never left a review but I couldn’t help myself after this experience.

Online it says open from 9AM-4PM. I get there, and there’s a sign posted saying that they’re open from 9AM-4PM, with lunch from 12-12:30PM. I went at 2:30PM, and the doors are locked. Please update your online hours, as well as your sign if you are not open.

This location is closed for lunch every day from noon to 12:30. I have uploaded pictures and edited the times so many times but google keeps rejecting it.

Walked in to get passport sorted out. Apparently they close entirely from 12 to 1230 for their lunch... when everyone gets off and finally has a chance to get paperwork sorted they close. Typical government office, only care about themselves. They should be staggering lunch breaks so they don't need to close.
