I've only talked to Mike once but I have always talked with Dennis. Dennis is really great at what he does and very honest. He always kept his word and helped me when ever I needed pest control services. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I've been using and recommending them since 2018. You will not be disappointed by using their services. Definitely a great find in my books.

I am a small business owner and positive reviews can make or break a business. First let start off by saying what an amazing company this is. Over the last few weeks we started to see ants in one of our bedrooms upstairs in our house. I went out bought a bunch of ant traps and put them around the bedroom and found they didn’t do anything to stop the ants. I picked one of the traps up and found at least 10 ants hiding under it. I knew right then I needed help before the problem gets worse. I googled exterminator and found Pro X, I’m so glad I did. Mike answered my call and explained what type of ants we had and explained why the store bought traps weren’t working. Mike sent Dennis out the very next morning and sprayed our house in under a hour, went in the basement sprayed all the spots he said ants like, did around all our windows and doors. They are also coming back in May to spray all the doors, windows outside to make sure the ants don’t return. That’s included in the original price. They also guarantee their work for one full year! What more can you ask for? I am happy to report we haven’t seen one ant anywhere in our house since Dennis sprayed the house. If you need an exterminator this is the place, you won’t be disappointed! Dennis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a walk around our house making sure no rodents could enter. Explained what to expect and left his number in case we needed him to come back. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Mike after having called another pest control company and not receiving any helpful answers or even using their services since I was not happy with how the original conversation went. Mike was so patient and addressed all of my concerns. He reassured me that the spider problem I've been having would be taken care of and the best part is that I would be covered for all of spider season which goes until October. Dennis, the technician was such a sweet gentleman who also provided further reassurance and took the time to listen to our concerns. I want to mention that I was not paid to write this review, the high ratings truly speak for themselves. I would go back to this company for any other issues we might face in the future because they were that good and best of all, extremely professional. That goes a long way in any business and this team is doing it right!

A big THANK YOU to Mike at Pro-X Services for getting rid of a wasp nest in our roof above our back door. I looked online and based on the reviews for Pro-X I decided to phone them. It was a great decision as I found that Mike is extremely knowledgeable about pest control, he is detailed and explained exactly what he was going to do. He is a pleasant man and very easy to talk with. Since he did the job we have had no more wasps flying outside our door. We have been using pro x for some pesky mice issues we and some of our neighbours have been having outside around the sheds. They sent Dennis and he was a complete pleasure to deal with. He was very professional not only did he provide a solution for the immediate problem he also called out other minor repairs that would help keep these pests out in future. This will be our second time using Pro-X pest control services and I can’t say enough good things about them. When we first moved to our house, we were concerned by a few ants in our kitchen and Mike came and put our minds at ease while also spraying for other critters (centipedes, spiders, etc.) that may annoy us later. Mike is such a ray of sunshine, with a real passion for his craft, we were beyond pleased with him and his services. We were so happy we saved his contact info just in case we need them again.Yesterday we arrived back after a week at the cottage and found some very small mouse droppings in our basement. We knew who to call and so glad we did! Dennis (a Pro-X exterminator) came the very next day and was so quick in finding the entry hole and sealing it all up, I couldn’t be more thankful. He checked so thoroughly around our house that I feel I can rest easy now. Thank you Dennis for the preventative measures too like the poison in the attic and in the sheds. I HIGHLY recommend you give Pro-X pest services a call if you have any sort of pest problem! They are the only guys I trust and have found to be so thorough, professional and kind! Mike is extremely professional, prompt and knowledgable. This is our second year using his services and we will continue to be a repeat customer! We moved into our house over 5 years ago and have spent a fortune with another company trying to control spiders. We would have four sprays a year and still have issues. Switching to Pro-X has saved us a ton of money, controlled our issue and we don't have to worry anymore. We would highly recommend Mike and his team!

Mike is an amazing guy and honest up front and very knowledgeable and just darn good at his job. Have had him coming out to our park for about 5 yrs now and have never had a complaint from anyone. I organize to have about 20 trailers done for spiders every spring and he is always accommodating. Best pest control person in northumberland and surrounding areas. 10 stars every time
