Staff are very nice and I strongly suggest to choose White Rock Orthodontic Center.

I am disgusted by the practices of this place. While i was a young teen i went here for braces and the like, and during my time was regularly complimented for how well i brushed despite being depressed and often going days or even weeks without. They also non-consensually shaved down the tips of my some of my front teeth, and said nothing about it until after this IRREVERSABLE act was completed. Most notably this happened to my incisors, teeth meant for ripping and tearing at food, and is so noticeable I've had *others* point it out, much to my dismay. I now struggle to tear into tough food like i previously could, and have painful cold sensitivity where my teeth were altered. After this happened i remember going home feeling really bad, what i later in life found out was feeling like my body had been violated.I find it morally unconcionable that they would make such unnecessary, aesthetic changes that so severely negatively impacted my life, and my psyche, both at the time and until now. Furthermore, this has caused me to develop something of a phobia of dentists because now I'm terrified that if i go to one I'll have an experience like this again.

Coming from a different province with a daughter who already had started phase one of her ortho treatment, and with my own dental background, made choosing a new orthodontist challenging. . After several consultations with ortho offices , we chose Dr Sonya, who did not charge for the consultation, by the way. So happy we did. Her care on this somewhat complicated case, her knowledge, the fact that she came in on a day off to take some brackets off, to accomodate us. I really can't say enough. She exceded our expectations !

I was an adult patient of Dr Jay's recently. I had crooked teeth which I was suffering some discomfort and above all I was self conscious with my smile, so I would often not smile very big.Dr. Jay had a plan for me to straighten my teeth in about a year and recommended that with my bite, jaw surgery would be a good solution for me. With lots of care and planning, surgery was set.Throughout the treatment experience at White Rock Orthodontic Center I was treated with great care and professionalism by all the staff.

I strongly recommend this office for orthodontic treatment. Both Doctors are very nice and passionate about helping patients to have beautiful smiles! Everybody works there are friendly and professional. Each visit makes me feel very positive and supported!

My children have both received excellent service at White Rock Ortho. My daughter is going through Invisalign treatment and my son has been treated with a couple of retainers. Every time we go, the receptionists are kind, welcoming, and caring. Dr Jay and his staff go above and beyond to ensure I am informed as a parent and my children are receiving the best care for their long-term oral health. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with WROC. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with respect and empathy from the receptionists. The staff was always welcoming and catered towards my every need. The doctors and assistants provided excellent, consistent care throughout the course of my treatment. They are all highly knowledgeable individuals, having explained everything from the procedure of the treatment, to how I can implement proactive measures in my life to maintain and improve my dentition. Overall, my experience with this clinic has been phenomenal, and I highly recommend visiting them for your needs!
