Great customer service. I went for a few parts to fix a watch band and to see if I could replace the scratched up crystal. The owner took the time to find the correct fitting parts and what best matched the watch & band colours. For the crystal, he inspected the watch and recommended buffing out the scratches as they weren't that deep, rather than doing a replacement which would be significantly more expensive.

I am so happy to have found this watch repair place. The owner, Terry, is so kind and wonderful. I think everyone should do to his store for any watch needs and repairs. I have always had awful experiences with jewelry stores. They make you wait or make you feel like they are inconvenienced by your little requests. But this store was totally different. He covers all your repair needs for watches and he made us feel like he loved his job. I hope everyone goes to him!

I've been here a few times for mine and some of my friends high end watches. Terry is very knowledgeable with all watches especially Swiss Made, Since finding this place I have no need to look elsewhere for watch service.Also I have no problem recommending anyone to take their watch to them for service.Second thing is that prices are reasonable and staff is courteous most important is that they are honest.

Took my watch in for a simple battery replacement. Service was very quick, price was competitive, and the person who did the job took the time to set the correct day and time.I have a few other watches that need some various attention, and after this experience I will be back again.

Came in for a watch glass replacement. Took less than 20 mins for the entire replacement and he had options of both mineral glass and sapphire. Had a good conversation with the owner as well! Definitely recommend this place for repairs.

Do NOT bring your watch here. I took my brand new authentic AP here to get it sized, but met with the owner Terry, who insisted that it is a fake. He suggested to open it up and show me, I can’t believe I agreed and let him walk to the back with my watch. He came out walking with the back case open telling me it’s “99% fake, a really good fake”. How much ego does this guy have? I regret letting him open it so badly. He messed up my screws on the case back. And now I took my watch downtown to get it authenticated by a real professional, and the result came out 100% real. Except that there’s dust in the case back, and the screws are completely scratched. It was $500 to get it authenticated (make sure terry didn’t take any original movement out) and another $100 to remove scratches on the screws. Terry also didn’t close the gasket properly. The watch could’ve leaked in water. Terry is too used to seeing fake watches, he even showed me a fake gold Rolex yacht master 2 he had in store. A REAL AP bracelet should be rough, NOT SMOOTH. Smooths are from fakes. At least now he knows what a real AP should look and feel like. Do NOT bring your real watch here. This guy is not a professional. I am highly disappointed.edit: the owner just called me and complained about my review. He re-iterated that my watch is fake. 100% 100% fake" and the reason? "no one who would bargain about being charged $15 to adjust a bracelet would wear a real watch".... the level of incompetency here is ridiculous. BTW

so due to my own reckless attention I managed to buy a Seiko watch from Kijiji with badly bent hour hand. it was rubbing against the minute hand as well, looked terrible, was not aligned....etc. Being a watch guy I did not want to get it scrapped but also did not want to pay anything over $20-40 to fix it as the same watch new is $120 so it was not worth it.after quick check I decided to give ti a try and it was amazing. the guy responded to me quickly, managed to straighten that hour hand (I honestly would never think it can be bent back but he did it) and even kept the lume and paint on the hand intact. FANTASTIC!!!! and moreover it was only $20. BIG THANK YOU. definitely recommend.

Brought in my watch for maintenance. Terry was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.
