I met these folks at biophysics annual conference and the reason I stopped by their booth was because it was shocked that they were showing a video where they were electrocuting mice. I'm sure animals were under anesthesia, but it was still heartbreaking to see their torture devices.In the light of a lot of alternative to animal testing, I hope they invent better technology that is better for humans and less torturous for animals.As a scientist, I was very upset to see that there is no ethics in conducting experiments.

Poor equipment as it often needs to be fixed. It's not used excessively in our lab, so it shouldn't have so many issues. Service is rude and untimely, to the point where we often use other instruments instead. Would not recommend them to anyone.
