One of their sales guys came to my shop telling me they can offer me better prices on fasteners, abrasives, etc. than what I pay a Gregg and Wurth. After setting up an account and spending a lot of time putting together a shopping list of items we would regularly use (so they can adjust the pricing) it has been like pulling teeth getting any answers or pricing. Their retail" pricing is about 5 times what we pay with our other suppliers. They have do have good selection and may be good for the do-it-yourselfer at home

I had a curt hitch receiver that came with bolts. It stripped upon torqueing according to the manufacture instructions. I went to contact the manufacturer with no help. I called and spoke with Tim G. explaining my issue.I went Bolt supply house and luckily they had the exact same bolt available. Tim was very knowledgeable on the subject, he also found out the bolt only took max torque of 107 lb vs the 110 lbs that the manufacture recommended. I would highly recommend them for your bolt supply needs. They are friendly and eager to help their customers.I went to them again for another bolt issue, this time Dillon helped me out finding the right type of nut for the corresponding bolt. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

If they can't help you find what you're looking for, I don't know who can. The entire team knows their stuff and is eager to please.

The Bolt Supply Houses are Expensive Expensive Expensive! Price gouging Price gouging Price gouging! Chris gave the Bolt Supply Houses a bad review. He is totally correct! They charge individually by the piece. People I buy grade eight bolts by the pound at Nisku Nut and Bolt. They are a lot better and cheaper than buying from The Bolt Supply Houses. Do your homework and shop around. Even for a small amount of bolts. No need to say more! A can of coppercoat 31.00 here at the bolt supply house. I checked a few other places in town. 16.00 to 18.00. Plus the bolt supply house overcharged me like crazy on the handful of bolts I picked up. They didn't even properly count the stuff out. I called back after checking my handful of bolts out and ripped on them. They come up with some lame excuse that their scale was broken. They said they were cheaper than home depot. They actually worked out to be 20 percent more after I did the math. I'm from the Edmonton area. The bolt supply houses are very expensive there too. I will be returning my stuff I purchased from them. I will never darken their doors again. They don't even deserve one star!

The Bolt supply House seemed to be the only place that had what I needed. I went in there with my electric skateboard and randomly asked for the hardware that would fit. I had already gone to other places in the city and was about to opt to purchase online from China which would’ve taken three weeks shipping. The bolt supply house was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed me up in no time and the bill was a fraction of the price of purchasing online. Props to the Bolt supply House!
