Hendra Moving & Storage

Hendra moved us out, stored our furniture for 3 months then moved us in to our new place. Everything went perfectly. The guys were all friendly, helpful and highly skilled movers. Very stressless move for us. They came back after we unpacked and took away all the boxes and wrapping paper. Oh yes I would not hesitate to use Hendra again and highly recommend them. Our final bill was actually less than the original quote as well. Got to love that!!

Excellent service. Arrived on time and completed what was a very difficult load. Drake, Shaun and Taras worked hard and were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hendra again.

When we used Hendra Moving for the first time in 2016, we were pleased with their services. Their crew was friendly, courteous and careful. Hendra moved us again in late August 2022. As we were selling our house and spending several months traveling, we decided to use their storage services. Chris came to our house and gave us an estimate of storage costs. In order to reduce our storage costs, we sold the contents of an entire bedroom, a large sectional sofa, three beds and mattresses, two bookshelves, one dining table and four chairs. After the move, to our surprise, the monthly storage cost was higher than Chris' original quote. Hendra recently moved our stored furniture to our new home. The crew was very good and efficient. Unfortunately, one large bookshelf was severely damaged but they gave us a small compensation, which we appreciated. We have mixed feelings about Hendra, and I am unsure whether we will use their services again. I must say that their crews have been consistently good, but their storage services, specifically, cost, and access (they charge you a fee to access any item in storage) are unsatisfactory. The crew is five stars, but the company services overall, is 4 stars for the time being.

The whole process was stressless. Gave us great peace of mind knowing they were taking care of our furniture as if it was there own. They meticulously wrapped everything to our pleasant surprise. Highly recommend and will use them again as the need arises. Thank you everyone!!

The customer service we received from Hendra was very poor. We had to constantly ask for updates and information and clearly we felt like we were bothering them each time (ie. when would are car arrive, updates on timing of the moving truck). 3 items were broken and we have yet to hear from Allied after calling 3 times. Hendra wouldn't help us at all. The service response declined especially after they received our final payment.The actual moving and packing crews were great, but the office customer service and giving a hoot about us as customers gets a zero.

I’ve used Hendra moving multiple times over the past few years and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Chris and the rest of the office staff were responsive and helpful. When it came to the day of, I was advised of the ETA for the crew and they arrived exactly on time. The moving crew were friendly, efficient but most importantly extremely gentle and careful with my goods. All furniture was padded prior to it leaving the house, and the floors were protected throughout the move. Everything arrived at the destination in exactly the same condition as it was when it left. Moving can be such a stressful time, but I was so pleased with how stress free the staff at Hendra made my move.

Drake and Shaun were very professional and extremely diligent in caring for all our possessions and new home. They made the experience less stressful with an eye to to caring for our time and minimizing the time we spent waiting for the move to be completed.

Best local moving company!Like many of you, I did a ton of research into moving companies before the big day. I know I wanted to support a local company, but it seemed like there was a lot to choose from.Hendra Moving and Storage came from a recommendation of a friend, but I still did my own research. Any one can move boxes, but how they get there and the service during the process goes a long way.I met with Chris (Moving Consultant) for an in-person walk through of our house. He was professional, knowledgable and kind. Wishing 24-hours we had an estimate and it was lower than most of the competitors.Fast forward to moving day, we went with the three person crew and they moved out our single family home and unpacked our new one in about 6-hours. Seamless process and never worried for a second. I was also super impressed by their friendly staff and their attention to detail and care for our home.If you are looking for an incredible local company that knows what they are doing, then Hendra has you covered!

I have used Hendra for a couple of moves and have been impressed both times. Chris and the office staff were responsive and super helpful. I was able to pickup boxes and packing paper easily before my move. The moving crew were friendly and efficient. They protected the floors and took care with my stuff. All the furniture was wrapped before being removed from my condo. My items are currently in storage, so I can’t say how they arrived but I am confident that they will be just as they were before the move.
