The washrooms were dirty along with the lobby. garbage was over flowing and we could not empty our trays. Fries were cool so they replaced them. One of the cahiers was wearing a Play boy shirt which was in appropriate for a family restaurant

Hanover Harvey's, soometimes foodis good, sometimes not so good. Staff must be unhappy with work as they seem uninterested. Even when mistakes are made! But they are the only one near us. And they do make an excellent Hotdog!

Order a crispy chicken with extra mayo. Ended up with no lettuce, no tomato and an entire bottle of mayo. It is completely inedible!

I ordered a quarter chicken dinner white meat with double Caesar salad, a crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. Got the order home to find out that we did not receive our onion rings and the dressing they gave us for our Caesar salad was not Caesar dressing If the stuff on the pick up window would pay more attention to what they’re doing then filling, rubber gloves with water and playing with them the order is going out the window might be right, this is not my first poor experience with this location, but it will be my last. Tried for over an hour to call the store to let them know the error….. line was busy!

Ordered the ribs chicken and pie promo. Stood in line for 10 mins. Didn’t receive a number or anything. Noticed them wondering around with our food. Went and sat down at a table. No cutlery, fountain drink, salad or pie. Had to literally get up and go ask for it. Won’t be back.

It's s nice Harvey's/Swiss Chalet. Nothing special, but a nice restaurant. It's been updated and looks new and clean. Food was fresh and hot. What more could you ask for from a fast food restaurant.

Normally we don't have a problem with this place aside from a long wait. Tonight, however, my mother received RAW chicken and I mean RAW. We will not be back

We went through drive through tonight and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich and 2 orders of chicken fingers and fries. The only things that were edible was the grilled chicken and fries. Both the crispy chicken burger and chicken tenders were not fresh and very hard to chew. They were also luke warm so they were obviously leftovers from lunch or something. They were not made fresh at all. I would have turned around to get a refund but the weather was getting worse and we had already drove away. I guess that is what they were counting on when they give us stale re-heated chicken. Well you got away with it this time but you also lost a customer for life. I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointing,

My food was great, it was made just how I like it. There has be a huge improvement in this store from the way it used to be years ago.
