Very bad costumer service, the lady was very mean and disrespectful and the guy she was working with was rushing her. Never going in this shop again! Do not waste your money here!

Very rude woman. Waste of time and money to visit this place. Arabs that think the world revolves around them. And i'm persian so its not about race but you would think from one middle eastern to another they'd be accomodating but no. Garbage.

My bouquet was super cute for the budget that I asked for and the lady who helped me was helpful too.Only thing is, few of the flowers that I got in my bouquet weren’t fresh at all and it felt like the bouquet was 2 days old and not fresh.

I came from Toronto to visit my family in Laval just want to take some flowers for my sister It was tuly and amazing experience.Very organized and professional There is an assortment of interesting and unusual flowers. We were very pleased to have discover this place and highly recommend This place if you visiting Montreal or Laval must visit this place.

I want to start by saying that the flower arrangements we received for our wedding were amazing. The color scheme was perfect and all of our guests loved how it all came to be.We met with the owner about 9 months prior to the wedding and the meeting went by smoothly. Links to Pinterest board and pictures were provided for inspiration. As the weeks were coming by quickly, we found the communication / customer service to be a bit lacking and our vision not quite what we had asked, especially for my bridal bouquet which had to be changed a couple of times.We understand that the wedding season is always a hectic time for vendors, and probably worse since the pandemic, but it is definitely is not normal customer service when you have to make multiple attempts to reach out to someone to make sure changes and/or comments were received before the big day.I’d suggest to have other agents, other than the owner, to perceive the wedding process as it is understandably impossible for one person to handle ALL the weddings.Overall, I would still recommend this vendor for your wedding as quality was great and delivery went smoothly, but be prepared to make follow-ups if lack of communication is present.

Ordered the premium, hoping getting something special however not even worth 50$ ended up paying 160$. The bouquet was so small and full of greens nothing special. It is very frustrating to be paying this much money and getting something very small, they all care about money and not their clients. I also saw some people mentioning the same issue. STAY AWAY. Literally 12 flowers and all greens such a scam. Also the flower dying in 2 days, such a SCAM

I was excited when a bouquet of flowers was delivered at my home today, but I was unimpressed with what I received.I don't think the bouquet will last longer than a day or two. Most of the roses are already withering and lost most of their petals. It seems like the bouquet was assembled a week ago and 2 fresh roses were added today.

Owner is very friendly, it was unfortunate that we ordered flowers for a funeral, but Elie the owner will take his time to explain what’s Avila le, will work with you to your 100% satisfaction, I highly suggest this image for all your flower needs. Very professional.
