Worst customer service, make sure you understand mandarin before you call this business.The rep on the phone is very unwelcome and not helpful at all, he put me on hold for more than 15 minute after few seconds conversation.

You must be kidding about this being a home hardware store... Way below standards, more of a builder supply outlet for drywall. Oh, and make sure you can understand Chinese music cause that's what they play for their customers... Wahaaaaaaaattttevur
