We first hired Brian and his crew last year to build a cedar fence after seeing his work on our neighbors yard. The fence turned out exactly as we had wanted and looks fabulous. This year we were in need of an upgrade to our patio and wanted it larger than the existing concrete pad. Brian was very helpful with giving us some design ideas to make the new pavers look sharper. He was very pleasant and finished the job in a very short time. It looks great and adds so much to our yard.

We hired them to come in and turn our back yard from a complete mess to a beautiful oasis. Attention to detail and no cutting corners is how I would describe them. In our case, we had a bad drainage problem. Our yard is located to the side and just below a large soccer field. It would fill up with water and literally become a lake during the winter months. It had also never been properly graded and we had pathway issues. Liv's machinery fit perfectly between houses to get to the backyard. They are experienced and skilled, knowledgeable and fast, and very friendly, which also makes all the difference. I feel like we have a brand new beautiful back yard. Full 5-STAR Recommendation!!!

We’ve hired LIV multiple times over the years for various projects including cedar fencing, hedges and some hardscaping. We are always so impressed with the quality of work. We had our backyard done about 6 years ago. We had lots of offers but it wasn't right. Then Brian came and explained what he would do after listening to us. He designed it and came with his crew and voila Backyard Oasis. Now we got our front yard done. It's awesome and just an amazing garden. Very pleasant and industrious service from Liv landscaping. Even though we had them correct an error, they had no complaint about doing so. The patio pavers where leveled then crushed rock was add for the base of the artificial grass. Our patio was transformed from a muddy un used area to what you see in the photo's below.
