Great service! Drivers were very friendly and funny and knew the town well. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give a 0 Star rating I would. I asked the dispatcher for one second to find the exact address of my location and in such a rude tone he said uH... YeAh ThAt wOuLd Be HeLpFul." The reason I was calling a cab was because we lost our mode of transport in and car accident and had been trying to find transport for hours in poor weather. I asked he please not be rude as I had already had a stressful night and HE HUNG UP ON ME. I understand working in customer service isn't always fun and someone who called before me may have left the employee upset but I did not expect to be hung up on for asking for basic respect."

This used to be the best cab company in town. However, they now turn up after the scheduled time and when you dare to go back to your host as your cab is not ready they turn up late and sit and wait without calling, knocking etc. and yet tell you they were there at the scheduled time and charge you a waiting time. Buyer beware!!! I have a problem with cabdrivers pretending that they were there on time and charging you a waiting time surplus when it isn’t true. You guys are squeezing every cent out of your customers. Please believe me when I tell you your reputation is deteriorating. I do not want to see any Canmore business fail please take this feedback as it is intended for the good of your business. You are damaging your own business for a dollar or two!!

We needed a cab to quickly get to the hospital, Canmore Taxi obliged saving a lot of pain and headache to us, my son thanks you so very much. My heart is filled with gratitude now that the whole Escapade is over. Thanks Canmore Taxi. See you soon.Trish

Called this taxi service to pick us up the following morning at 7am as we were going to the airportThe guy on the phone was really nice and said he'd pass on the details to the next guy onNo sign of the taxi in the morning.Called several times but their phone wasn't even turned on.Had to call another taxi which luckily enough got us to the airport shuttle on timeMistakes happen but I could not recommended this company based on our experience

Called last night, no answer. Waited a minute called back after 2 rings they hung up. Waited another minute called back and they blocked my number or turned off their phone. I get it's a busy night but wish they had the decently to answer the first time and say their too busy. Laught about it with a friend of mine and apparently this type of thing happens all the time.

On a busy night- just tells you it will be 40 min wait. Doesn’t take your name or anything. They don’t care. If you entertain- sure I will wait okay 40 min, they say. K! And then hang up. Not interested in helping when they are busy.

We called for a ride from Red Earth creek to get back to our car at Sunshine. These guys were friendly on the phone, very prompt in coming to get us, and very reasonable with pricing. Would recommend.

Excellent Taxi Company, Friendly Drivers that can be depended upon to get you home safely. Overall, a great experience with Canmore Taxi. Definately recommendable.Dianne Simpson

Worst cab experience. Called a cab for my friend and he popped his head out to say 1 minute and said his goodbyes (30 seconds) and when he went out he was gone, have experienced this before with this company and so unimpressed. Cannot even wait for a customer for 30 seconds for typically a 7 minute drive. Go with three sisters cab instead. Also can't take a review with considerstion. Stating a customer is a party house when they haven't even been there. I have have young kids and we had a sitter over for the evening and we called a cab for him. And I was there looking out my front door and the 20 minutes waited" is a full out lie. Proving even more to choose a different company."
