Chilliwack Slotcar Palace
This hobby shop is a hidden gem. I've lived in Chilliwack the entire time this shop has been around, and I didn't know it existed for plastic model hobbies until a few weeks ago. I knew it only as a place for slot cars. HUGE selection of models and modelling supplies as well as an owner who bends over backwards to help you out in any way he can. Gord is a patient and accommodating proprietor who enjoys the hobby as much as I do. Extremely knowledgeable as well, for both historical info as well as product familiarity.

Always a pleasure to drop in to Slotcar Palace. Owner Gord makes time for all and if the hobby supplies you need are not in stock he will find it for you. He is also an excellent resource person for hobbies of all kind. It is a great shop for kids of all ages.

At first impression it seems like a bit of an eclectic mix of things but that's one of the thing that I really like about this place. There is a good selection of models, new and open box, and a decent inventory of supplies. Best place in Chilliwack if you're a modeller.

Excellent hobby shop, full of a wide range of airplanes, tanks, and ships, dinosaurs and pokemon models too.Super knowledgable owner and he has great suggestions for paints and brushes and the techniques used for application.
