Tennis Court and soccer pitch. Park on either Daybreak Avenue and walk up the stairs or use the parking lot at Ranch Park Elementary (from Spuraway Avenue). Play sets are on the side of Ranch Park Elementary.

Small park, no dedicated parking so you need to park in residential area and walk in.

one court is fine, the other the surface is cracked and bulging in the back court.

The tennis court ground near the net cracked. It is still a very good place for beginners to practice.
