Granite Plus

We had a great experience. They had exactly the quartz my wife wanted, a very reasonable price (cheaper than the big box stores), and templating and installation were smooth. Both times they showed up right on time, were friendly, finished quickly, and cleaned up well. The countertops look terrific. Plus, the install occurred only eight days after templating! They also answered all my questions. If I ever need another stone countertop, we're calling Granite Plus first.

I am very pleased with my experience at Granite Plus. We ran into an issue with our previous countertops we ordered and were in need of something else fast. Granite Plus had a beautiful selection of quartz countertops at a great price. Once I picked the quartz of my choice, it was cut and installed in about two weeks. They were fast and all of the employees were very kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

Overall, I am a satisfied customer. The Calacatta Gold quartz is gorgeous looking but is not stain resistant. It takes a lot of effort and time to keep it clean and get the scuff marks and other stains off. You have to put a ton of pressure and hands hurt after a while. You can use the Mr. Clean magic eraser but again takes time and sometimes that can leave a residue. Overall, it was reasonably priced. They scheduled installation on time and handled the installed well. My kitchen contractor is not careful and caused some chips. They came out to fix it but I had to pay even for a tiny little hole. I called them again as I discovered another tiny hole but they said I have to pay again. :( I am leaving it for now as its too expensive to get it fixed. It does chip easier than the granite we had previously. Keep in mind when choosing Quartz.

From the first meeting to final installation, everyone delivered as promised in a very professional manner. From the sales manager, the measuring technician, to the two very hardworking installers, Victor and Phillip, I can’t say enough about this company. The product is lovely and I cannot wait to finish everything else to complete the look.

Granite Plus was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, our expectations were exceeded - Brandon was amazing: communication was stellar and ensured all our needs/requests were met. Their selection of quartz in-house is great and also give you options for other wholesalers and they can just do the fab/install. Highly-recommend making the trip to look at your potential slabs in-person! Victor and Lee, our installers, were personable and a pleasure to have in our house during these crazy times. They humored me with my questions and chatted as they worked hard to get the late-night (6pm-8:30pm) install done with quality and efficiency. We initially had two places we were looking at buying from, but if you are price and quality conscious like myself, Granite Plus is the place to go!

Fernanda was incredibly accommodating and made us feel that we could take the time we needed to make a selection. Their communication by phone and text was sharp. The installation done by Victor and Leo was terrific. They were on time, friendly, were clear in their communication about what to expect and answered our questions.

The cost was very reasonable and less than other places I had looked into for the same quality product and service. Everything went so smoothly from the purchase to the installation. It was a great experience up to when we had a question on whether a sealant had been applied to the stone we purchased. Shortly after we moved into our new kitchen, we noticed dull spotting and rings from water glasses on our countertop. Then a lemon slice landed on the counter and it etched a mark in the stone. We called for help. We knew marble required special care, but this marble seemed to be missing something as compared to the other marble throughout the house. We were told a sealant is applied to all stonework upon installation and it protects up to a year. No application on site was noted. We reached out to see if maybe the sealant was applied before installation? After numerous calls, emails, photos, and promises of call backs, we are now entering our third month. We still have no proof that a sealant of any kind was applied. The stone work was the focal point of our kitchen, a beautiful piece of stone. Sadly, though it is brand new, the finish looks warn, as if it has been here for many years and uncared for which is not the case.

Just had my own quartz countertops installed and could not be happier! I first learned about Granite Plus while working with two different clients on specifications for their renovation and new build projects. I have been working with Lucy, who has been terrific and extremely responsive both for my own project and my client projects. Claudio, who did my templating and installation is phenomenal, with great attention to detail and a perfect fit in a tricky retrofit on older cabinets. The one necessary seam is all but invisible. I highly recommend Granite Plus for excellent service and value.
