I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. They have an incredible variety of options available for customization and their apparel is very good quality for a very reasonable price. We had a tight deadline on a large embroidered hoodie order but Vinod assured me it could be done. Hansa was wonderful at suggesting just the right hoodie that my team would love. Vinod promised a quote for the following morning on all 6 options I had picked and not only did he keep his promise, he also threw in two more options to consider. When we weren't quite sure on sizing, my boss popped into the shop that same day and Vinod was kind enough to let him take one of each of the two options we were considering, back to the office for us to try, so that we ensured we had the right fit for everyone on our order. Remember the tight deadline I mentioned....well they didn't just meet the deadline, they had our order ready well ahead of schedule. The order was accurate and the quality of the embroidery was fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our order and we look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. Vinod and Hansa, your kindness and dedication to excellent customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. Needed to get a retirement gift for a co-worker in less than a week. Tried three places and was told turnaround time was 2-4 weeks. They had it finished in less than 4 days on a long weekend. Great service and fantastic quality. Definitely recommend.

I ordered 8 Polo Shirts for my staff and I with my logo embroidered on them. Not only was the service extremely fast, they were knowledgeable and very kind. I wanted to get a shirt customized for my son's first birthday party. I had first gone to Mr. Printer, on Evans. The result was disappointing and terrible, and the shirt was ruined - It was a paper-like white box, that felt like sandpaper, stuck to the back of an orange shirt and one corner of it was damaged. Even they could not argue that I should have my money refunded and did so (that's the only thing that saved them from getting a bad review from me).I bought another shirt, and went to Instant Imprints. They were professional and listened, as I described what I wanted on the shirt and told me it would be ready the very next day. When I walked in the next day to pick it up, I was really amazed by the result. It had just the letters on the shirt (not letters stuck on a piece of paper and ironed on, like the first shirt) and the result was gorgeous. I was really happy, and will definitely return here. I definitely recommend them.Thank you, Instant Imprints. If I ever need to get a shirt designed again, you will be the first one I go to.Update: I came back here again to do another tshirt for my son's 2nd birthday. This time, I came in with a blank shirt and asked for a custom design which involved letters, a number and a dump truck. I was told that the image I had sent of the dump truck wouldn't have turned out so well and suggested another dump truck image. The end result was absolutely amazing and so much better than the one I had in mind. This place has my customer loyalty, and I'll be back again for my son's 3rd birthday shirt. After calling 20 different places to get my company's uniforms embroided, this was the ONLY place that told me they were able to use multiple colours instead of only a couple solid colours, so we decided to proceed with their services. Going into their storefront, it was evident they had years of experience in the printing/embroidery industry. Moving forward we will be doing all our printing at this location and are very thankful for their quality products, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. Our full order for about 20 pieces were ready after 2 days of making the order. I highly recommend them and promise you won't regret it!
