Mr. Lube + Tires

Went in to have a flat tire fixed, unfortunately the nail was too close to the sidewall and the entire tire had to replaced. I was quoted over the phone $360 for the new tire and told they could get the new tire delivered replaced the following day. Frustrating situation, but not their fault.The following day my wife shows up to pick up the car and was presented with an invoice for $591 pre tax, with the tire being $530.When my wife explained to them that we were quoted a lower price, Mr. Lube advised the “best” they could do was $470.My wife then had them call me. I was given the same run around and told the best they could do was $470. I reiterated the price I had been quoted and was told they would need to look into it. A little while after I was called back and told again the best they could do was $470. It was at that point I advised them the exact tire was listed on their own website for $370. I was then told they had to look into.After a long while after, I was advised there had been a “mistake” and they had confused my car with another one. Needless to say, I will not go here again.Edit in response to the reply from store. Despite them asking for me to get in touch, I have in fact been trying to get in touch all week to no avail as in addition to the above disaster, when I got home I discovered they had replaced the wrong tire on my car and I still had a flat, in addition the tire they replaced it with was not even the right size. I have not been able to speak to anyone who has “authority” to resolve this issue.

Great service, kind folks working here. One of the first times I've visited a drive through oil change place and not felt like I was immediately clocked and treated different for not being a dude. Appreciated Jason's care and honesty regarding the services my car needed. I'll definitely return for my next oil change.

You'd think this was just going to be an ordinary oil change, however, it was not! It was the best experience I have ever had at a Mr. Lube. Bali and Jason were so helpful and went above and beyond for us! Great humor, knowledge and skills. I highly recommend this Mr. Lube.

We’ve been coming to this place for the past 3 years and it’s always been a pleasant experience! They offer coffee, water, newspaper etc. Today, we did the routine oil change and general check and Jason was exceptional! He checked the car and explained his recommendations well. Highly recommended!

Amazing and very welcoming staff! Raman in particular helped us in checking if there's an issue with our engine because our engine indicator is on. He efficiently found the issue and solved it within minutes. Will definitely go back for our upcoming oil change as their service is unbeatable.

I had a flat tire and the team quickly checked it, offered the best solutions and suggestions, and provided fair recommendations for my next steps. Everyone had a great attitude and was very polite and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I was impressed by their efficiency and the quick turnaround time. Got my oil changed today and very happy with the service. Rahul was very nice and super polite (we were offered coffee or tea a few times). He mentioned my brakes need changing but did not pressure me to get it done. Prompt service and good value.
