If anyone reading this think that rhe customer service had improved let me be the first to tell you its not, I've never experienced customer service like that in my life the crooked teeth middle ages woman running the cash will ruin your day, she's soo rude an act as if you're begging her to serve you for free so i had to put her in her place an walk out , never again.

Pandesal was hot fresh and tasted good even when I got it in the afternoon. Was really looking forward to enjoy the Spanish bread and pan de coco that I also bought but unfortunately both the items didn’t live up to the expectation and taste was disappointing. Would explore some other place for Spanish bread and pan de coco

This is a great bakery!The Manila bakery is a wonderful place to buy bread and other local filipino goods. I don't know what happened with the other people.... I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid, and I have loved their food ever since. Take a chance and try this place out, it's been almost like a second home. The people there are extremely nice and caring! I've also known the owners for quite some time and they are very generous!Overall, I recommend this bakery! Go Manila Bakery!

I visited Manila Bakery today after a friend's recommendation and I am so happy I did! All my favourite Filipino childhood baked goods and snacks. Will definitely be back soon!

So the Google review about their cashier is true. Went today and I ask if they have hot pandesal. She said “malamig. Gusto mo?” With the at most rude way. I stay calmed and still bought my cravings. So much potential but they lack respect.

The best bakery in the GTA to get all of your Filipino goodies! The pandesal and ensaymada are always fresh! Service is friendly and efficient, can't recommend this bakery enough!

I’ve been gifted their breads a few times and they are absolutely amazing! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I haven’t been there in person myself to purchase yet and I have no personal experience of the actual bakery/staff. But from what I’ve eaten, I definitely give the food a 5.
