The customer service at this establishment is second to none. I booked a weekend getaway for the mother of my baby, and her family members months in advance. Unfortunately the spa had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency, which I totally understand and harbor no ill-will whatsoever. Just in the way they conducted themselves by letting us know and trying their best to rebook the appointment all while dealing with a family crisis, showed me the elite level of caring this business represents. If you ever have the chance to book a massage here, I highly recommend you do.

Such a wonderful and welcoming spa! I have had haircuts, my wedding hair and makeup done, facials, and multiple eyelash treatments here and everytime everyone is so kind and professional. Plus they have the cutest shop with a large selection of cruelty free aromatherapy, skin care, and hair care. Love it!

Amazing arrangement of unique, locally produced, cruelty free, and environmentally products under one roof. I try my hardest to buy green products, but cruelty free is something I always check before making a purchase- it is absolutely wonderful to browse and admire without having to wonder about those little details. Victoria is always keeping the shop fresh with new items and showcasing Canadian talent. Definitely my ‘go to’ spot for bath bombs, lotions and skin care. All the products feel amazing and I very much credit Heavenly Touch Spa with helping clear up/manage my adult acne, love the results but not convinced some dark magic wasn’t used in the process. Thank goodness I could rest assured after a lash lift/tint that my eyes were the focus vs the blemishes on my face. One stop shop for beauty and bath/body care.I love the place so much, I found a spot for myself behind the desk.

Heavenly Touch Spa makes you feel welcomed and right at home. I started off going in around 2020 for the natural keratin eyelash lift, and have tried other various services. Today I had the Hot Stone & Bamboo Pamper Package. It was beyond relaxing and tranquil. I highly recommend Emily who did an amazing job and applied the right amount of pressure needed.

Nice deco and excellent hygiene. Therapist was experienced and responsive to customer's feedback. Excellent spa treatment. Free to try their body and face products, which were of good quality.

Fantastic Facials and the boutique is extensive! The owner is also very dedicated to cruelty-free products.

I went for a manicure and pedicure, it was lovely and relaxing. Great friendly service from Kassy. She did an excellent job at keeping me comfortable and shaped my nails beautifully. Will definitely be going back!

When the lovely owner opened this Spa, she chose the right name. Every visit is absolutely heavenly.We moved to brockville in April 2020 - so when I finally ventured out for my first hair and mani/pedi appointment in fall 2020, I was nervous. Wow - so clean and sanitary and the staff are all amazing with a focus on the health and safety of all customers.Fast forward to June 2023 - heavenly touch is my choice for amazing facials, fantastic mani/pedis, and exceptional hair care. The staff are like my family - so caring and professional.I feel so special every time I walk thru the doors, and am grateful for the warmth and friendship from everyone.Thank you

My Heavenly Touch Spa treatment was absolute perfection ! When I went In for my appointment half an hour early, I shopped around such a sweet gift store with such natural and beautiful fragrances. I bought some very lovely gifts. The experience was perfect, thank you to everyone so so much.Carol, you are just amazing at the hot stone massage ! You take so much time and care. My sons school is having a spring fling and was looking for contributions for a silent auction. I called Heavenly touch and spoke to Victoria who said she would put together a gift basket. Not only did she put together a thoughtful & beautiful basket, she also threw in a bath bomb because it was for a school event. Thank you so much for wonderful service! The store is gorgeous and has beautiful, high quality products.
