Wouldn't drop package at ny doorstop even though no signature required and instead left a slip for me to pick it up in an inconvenient location with horrible hours. Not open weekends and only open 12-6pm?

Restricted hours due to the staff shortages many are suffering. All i can tell you is the staff were friendly and helpful, and my package dropped at their depot Victoria BC Tuesday 4 July, delivered in Illinois USA 48 hours later-does not get much better than that.

I would love to know the bank that financed this business too operate let alone be still in SERVICE??I was told that the DHL is no longer there?Yet it seems like it is...great and no one answers the phone...so guess who is wasting yet another day and a lot of gas, driving around all over again.Any bets it's at the other location.AVOID DHL WITH THE UPMOST.

I had a few issues here. I had to pick up my package because the driver couldn't find my unit in the multi-unit property I live in, and no delivery notice was left behind. When I tracked the package online, no address for pick-up was stated, so I had to figure out the address myself. When I picked up my package, the man at the office told me that I should have had my phone number on the package. I had in fact given my phone number to the business I had ordered from, so I don't see how it is my fault they didn't add it to the shipping label. Blaming customers for something out of their control seems unnecessary at best.

We ordered a @MotionGrey desk through @BestBuyCanada on Jan 18. It was supposed to arrive Jan 23. Only the casters arrived on a @Loomis_Express truck but tracked by @canpar. 4 days of calls and still no desk. We have been patient. Maybe @MotionGrey or @BestBuyCanada should use others.#CanPar #Loomis #BestBuyCanada #MotionGrey.This is not a reflection on BestBuy or MotionGrey. It is just so they are aware.

Awful experience just now calling customer service. The agent couldn't be more rude, and even though I explained to her my father just died and I am trying to send back his respiratory equipment, she cut me off and told me that she couldn't help me. WOW.

Drive made no attempts to deliver, no missed calls, no buzzer attempts, then they called me that if I want them to deliver they would charge me extra, and I can make a complaint if I don’t like it. Now I have to drive across town and take time off work to get my package because of their unreasonable hours and terrible service.

Should be zero stars. Not a delivery business as they may not deliver and then you need go to the suburbs at inconvenient hours (no weekends, sporadic daytime hours…) to pick up. They should have pickup lockers like Amazon does, and in local neighbourhood locations. For decades this company has frustrated Victoria people, with no care for service.

Avoid Loomis Express! Horrible delivery practices with little to no attempts to contact customers. Inconvenient pickup location & ABSURD business hours:12pm - 3pm, 4 pm- 6pm ?. URGENT that LOOMIS MAKES recommended and necessary changes in their delivery protocol and business hours! To better serve its customers. Just FYI Be prepared to skip Lunch our to pickup apackage, that should have been delivered.
