Kascade Coin Laundry
I didn’t come here for the longest time due to the bad reviews. Finally decided to try it, being the closest laundromat to me. I can’t understand the bad reviews. It’s way cleaner than the other laundromats I’ve been using, and the gentleman working here (assume it’s the owner) is pleasant and friendly. There are alot if machines, and our clothes come out clean and dry (when you add enough time to your dryer cycle, of course) No problems whatsoever. It gets a little busy at times, and the owner is running around happily accommodating everyone. I’ll continue to come here.

I recently visited Kascade Laundry and was surprised by the clean and well-maintained facilities. The machines were all in good working order and the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were also reasonable and I was able to get my laundry done quickly and efficiently. I will come again

I have no idea how this coin op laundry could receive poor reviews. It’s spotlessly clean, including the wash room. The owner was very helpful. I am traveling and don’t use a coin op normally, so was a little uncertain. He told me which machine and how much soap etc. I was there on a Thursday and was the only customer. My machines washed and dried as expected. It’s also a couple of dollars cheaper than the laundry I used last time I was here. Will return next time I’m in town!

Always clean and in and out quickly. No place to sit though but lots of other things to do in a short time in the walking mall. Family that runs it are friendly and helpful.

The owner is so lovely and helpful. I left a big duvet in the dryer and he took it out multiple times turning it over so it dried evenly. Thank you!!!

I went there this week. The Asian lady working there was grumpy and not friendly. She made me feel that I was not welcomed inside. It’s like me being there was an annoyance to her. She doesn’t know how to say “thank you” when I gave her my money. I do not recommend this place.

When I always go there, the owner told me not to load more than that yellow line in the picture but when they use themselves, they don't care it is overload or not. They just want customer to use more money and tell us to use more dryer. The note on the dryer handle tells us its from owner's. This people always whine about customers for overloading, but turns out, they are the one who overloaded and break the dryer.
