Hands down the BEST cleaning company in the mid-island region! The fastest, most friendly service I’ve ever experienced from any business. Unique service in that they offer tidying and organizing; help with the general clean up of a household including cleaning up kids’ toys, laundry, dishes. They tailor the service to match your needs. This would be a fabulous “gift” for a new mom at home with a baby/small children. I felt a huge relief after Mikayla came to my home for 3 hours and helped me get a handle on things!Top Notch…I highly recommend!!

An absolutely fantastic house cleaner and person. She truly goes above and beyond and treats your home like it is her own. Reliable and trustworthy.Don't look any further if you are looking for a cleaner or someone to help organize your home.Plus she even lets your dogs out to visit!

Cleaning was ok. Sometimes sub par. Sometimes excellent. Depending on who showed up. She will hire anyone so that she (owner) doesn't have to come and do the work. Giving this business a 1 wouldn't be fair. I have had some good cleans. Why I stopped my services with her is because I had cleaners show up on a random friday not approved. They are supposed to come every second monday. When i brought up my privacy concerns she asked me not to talk to her like a child and threatened to not come back. I was like no problem. Then she boasted about her HUNDREDS of clients.PSThey should have at least knocked! That should be standard.

This company offers terrible cleaning services. I hired Maid For This to do a move out clean. They sent Alexis for 5 hours. When we checked on the house after she was done, it was like it was never cleaned. There were bits of food and spills left in the appliances, the cupboards were full of crumbs. She didn’t even vacuum. My husband and I spent 5 hours re-cleaning the entire house. When I contacted the owner she made up excuses like dust was falling from the ceiling which is why the floors didn’t appear vacuumed, which was completely false. I took multiple photos as proof and the owner still did not take responsibility for her employee's poor job. This company offers poor quality and is unprofessional. I asked the owner to send someone else in to rectify the situation and she refused. NEVER hire this company.

I have been really pleased with Maid For This. They are professional, well-organized, and easy to work with. Communication has always been exceptional. On the one occasion where I had a very minor concern it was addressed promptly and I became an even more satisfied customer.

Congratulations Khyara! For what you ask? Having the best staff, ever! Jordyn was amazing. Like, I just want to hang out with her and chat for hours! When I asked him what he thought of the clean house, Finn, my five year old said it was spectacularly brilliant". It looks so good in there! Jordyn even rearranged the living room furniture into a configuration that just makes more sense with so many chairs haha. All the extras your staff do doesn't go unnoticed. You have an amazing company. I recommend you guys to anyone who asks."

The owner was nice at first while we were setting up the job but once I called to tell her I’m not satisfied, she was much different. She throw a bunch of accusations at me ( based on what the cleaning girl told her). That doesn’t sound like good customer service eh? Cleaning girl was nice but that’s it. She came over to my place with no mop, no vacuum, no stool ( how do you suppose to clean the top of the shelves?). Seriously. She didn’t complete what we agreed to at all. Instead she accused me of being rude, following her around and FIGHTING with my husband ( a private conversation between my husband and myself about painting the walls should not be her business or topic to discuss and shouldn’t affect her work)Very poorly done cleaning. Not worth $55/ hour. Eventually the owner lowered the price to 2,5h instead of the 3:20 ( we agreed to 3h) she arbitrarily decided to charge me.Maybe there are some professional cleaners in this company but please do research before you book. You don’t want to pay lots of $$$ and still have to do the job by yourself. And be accused of being a terrible person on the top of it …

Khyara has a great attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills . Hands down the best cleaning service I have ever used . She is also extremely punctual and reliable which was something I found a struggle with some other cleaning services . I would most definitely recommend!
