Mr. Lube + Tires

Stopped in here on a whim because I needed a new tire and Sunil and his crew took great care of us! It was nearly closing time but because they knew I really needed the tire ASAP, they quickly got it done for me. I highly recommend this location and the guys here. Super friendly, efficient, and they get the job done!

In the past I have had no issues with the Mr. Lube located on Spadina, but my last visit was deplorable and would caution others prior to visiting. During my previous visit to get my oil change, the mechanic mentioned that my transmission fluid was low and offered a great discount but unfortunately at the time I was not in a position to do so. The mechanic said he would leave a note on my file to ensure when I returned the same offer would be valid.When I returned the mechanic and manager that I spoke to essentially said I was lied to and they would not be able honour the discount. It is disappointing to see the lack of honesty and poor customer service. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward and would highly recommend others think twice before visiting this location to avoid being swindled.

Really good experience at this location. Started coming here since I got my car and I always come back. The team there is great overall amazing customer service !

Horrible price and service. I had a flat tire issue in the last winter. Mr. Lube charged $70 to fix it. Even I had to wait for 5 hours. Today, I fixed the same issue and paid only $25 at a local shop. It took only one hour. Shame on you, Mr. Lube. You guys are ripping off customers. If it is not an emergency situation, do not use Mr. Lube.

I recently had my car's oil change, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, and I want to give a special shout-out to Simar for going above and beyond.Simar was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the entire oil change process, ensuring I understood the importance of regular maintenance. His attention to detail was exceptional, as he checked all the fluids, filters, and even identified a minor issue, which he promptly addressed.

Romeo and sunil helped meWith my car today and he and the team did the a very good job with the oil change. Very friendly and communicated well with me. He gave me clips for the cover of my car for free. Just shows that he cares about his customer. Overall 10/10 experience, 100% recommend this place.

Absolutely blown away by the service here. Called around to a ton of shops to work on mounting tires to a expensive set of rims. The majority of shops wouldn't help as they were not confident in there ability to perform the work without damage. MR Lube on Spadina road was quick to assure me that they could do it and with no damage. Shindi Is the best hands down. If there is a issue he will make it right. Clearly well versed in the business and I would trust this shop over any shop around the Toronto area. I was in a time crunch as well and I was able to get same day service and definitely will be bringing any issue I have to this shop. 5/5 10/10 truly appreciate the professional that is lacking at vast amount of shops locally.

Love this Jiffy Lube!! Service is amazing. They are so on top of the game. Always given a paper and offered a coffee when I'm waiting. They explain in great detail what's going on with your car and have a very friendly disposition every time I go. Love going to this location!!!

The guys here do a great job explaining potential changes that you may need done with the car without pushing for more than you came in for. They use Mobil synthetic for the cars I saw parked inside, which is exactly what I use. Cost is fair and the staff is friendly. Couldn’t be happier.

I am so glad that I found this location because the service that I received was absolutely amazing!! The team is so friendly and professional, and the fact that the service advisor took the time to explain, and have the patience to answer my questions is something I'm not used to, so it was great to be treated this way as a customer. This is my go to place for future service to my vehicle - I highly recommend this location - you won't regret it! Keep up the fantastic work!
