Freedom flooring was so accommodating in our first full carpet replacement they have some of the best prices for literally the best quality flooring our man doing the installation was punctual with the times he arrived at our house and got work done very productively. I suggest the people at freedom flooring if you are looking to replace the floor and need help with removal and installation also product selection! Thank you guys keep up the blessed work! Thank you Troy and Irene, never properly introduced myself with our installation man but he was great too!

Many shortcuts were taken and I am only finding more and more issues as time goes by. The pieces were not cut properly and so the holes between pieces and wall were filled with some white stuff instead of recutting a new piece to fit properly. Parts of the baseboard were reinserted backwards/in the wrong places. The doorframe was cut uneven and above the flooring leaving a large gap. The silicone was done poorly as well as the rubber strips on the stairs. They only fixed the rubber stair parts.GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! When we talked on the phone I wanted vinyl front and back entrances because Troy said they would stand up to the weather/be water proof, the rest of the flooring for the stairs and upstairs were supposed to be laminate. The quote said laminate for everything and they installed laminate for everything even though we said vinyl for the entrances. Who puts laminate at the front and back entrance that will get wet and warp in Edmonton winters?!Originally had staff members or contractors to start the job, they showed up late everyday by 2-3 hours, then the job was extended by a week due to them working extremely slowly and Troy had to come finish the job himself. (And I'm not sure who is responsible for the shortcuts but it doesn't matter to me because it looks like garbage).Anyway, would not recommend. See photos for proof.

Great service and products, large selection of carpets and wood flooring, and a very friendly staff!! I would definitely buy again from Freedom Flooring. The only reason I didn't put down 5-star is because there were some issues with the carpet installation that shouldn't have happened if the installer was more experienced, however, this was corrected promptly and professionally after I reported it.

I dealt with the friendly staff at the Mr Plank location on 99th ST; they were very helpful in-person and quick to respond to emails. Would have been 5 stars but I felt that my question about gluing down a few planks of the rubber-backed vinyl was poorly answered by Troy. Being told to strip off the rubber was not a good solution. I eventually found a glue that would stick to it. I bought the Homes Pro brand of SPC, which seemed too cheap to be good quality but installation was easy and so far it seems very durable.

I had a wonderful experience with Freedom Flooring. Troy and his team were phenomenal. They were so accommodating. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us the best options and advice . The work was completed on time and was absolutely perfect. The installer did an amazing job, was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend freedom flooring to anyone if you are looking for the best service and a clean professional job done!

I can honestly tell you this was my first experience at any kind of renovation project. I was totally out of my comfort zone. As soon as I met Troy, I just knew I was in capable hands, his knowledge of his product combined with what I wanted, we were a great match. I asked a lot of questions and never felt in anyway I was being annoying. Totally impressed with Jose who installed the vinyl plank flooring, took great pride in his work. Would highly recommend this company hands down. Yippee!!! It looks absolutely gorgeous!!

The quote and service was excellent, from the luxury vinyl plank installer and the carpet installer every thing was exactly as planned, is was a great experience to have Troy from freedom flooring do our renovations, we highly recommend them. Great price, Great customer service.
