Horrible service, got a lemonade and an iced coffee. This place is notorious for not giving out refunds or taking responsibility at all. They gave me a lemonade with soda water in it and denied it having soda water at all- there were bubbles all around the cup as if it was a ginger ale and of course it tasted like lemon poured over a club soda. The regular iced coffee had no sweetener in it as well. I just threw both in the trash. Might as well leave the university to go to a different tims or get campus coffee instead. Despite this they did receive a large order before me and that could've made them rush my order- that should not happen though.

There’s a man (that I presume is the manager or supervisor since he’s always working) who appears nice enough while serving customers, but quite literally gaslit me about my allergies. He’s the one with glasses and a mask that he can’t even properly wear (at that point, just don’t wear it…). I had genuine questions related to my egg allergies (I can eat certain egg products but not others which means I am still cautious), but he was arrogant, unhelpful, and unbelievably rude.The food is always a hit or miss. I love habanero chicken wraps, but more often than not they are half-filled with the actual chicken and sauce. They’ve forgotten a part of my order. Around busy times like lunch, they run out of bagels and potato wedges, a time when you should be prepared for a rush. My friends have ordered on the app, but it takes just as long as waiting in line and ordering in-person. I still come here because there aren’t that many affordable food options on campus, but is it really that hard to do the bare minimum?

I used to work at a tim hortons before and the food from here doesnt meet the standard. The ingredients were low and missing in wrap and weren’t fresh for the wrap and bowl i ordered.

Mobile ordered a 6 pack of donuts. Store was sold out of donuts. Did not process a refund or offer any other possibilities. Horrible customer service. Will not visit again. The coffee company in the student union building is far better. My buddy also ordered through the boost app. They were sold out of ice Capps but had not marked it out at all. Offered us creamy chills and ice coffees instead. When I said I wanted a chocolate creamy chill, I was handed a vanilla chill instead.

Awful. I've been to this Tims twice this year and they made errors both times.First time, I ordered a sandwich with no tomato and got charged with extra tomatoes. Second time, I ordered a sandwich and a donut, walked away and realized they gave me the completely wrong donut.They're so focused on getting orders through as fast as possible that they put no emphasis on attention to detail and/or service. Wait times are super slow and they keep no track of orders so you will get the occasional time where someone accidentally takes your food as well. Super super unorganized

Some staff are great and quick but most of the time you're waiting 20 or more minutes during the day to get food and drink. Drinks only its usually a 5 minute wait but its the busiest restaurant on campus they need to train their staff to be more efficient with their time. Most of the time the food and drink are good enough quality, have been given the wrong order on several occasions however. Best time to go is right when they open or just before close as long as you don't need a huge baked good selection!

Staff are nice and work hard but they are out of 60% of the food all the time, so it impossible to count on them having anything other then coffee
