7:42pm and they're refusing to let customers in. They close at 8. Lady jokes that they can come in if they sweep the floor. How about follow your own retail hours.

If I have the option to rate them with a 0 (zero) I would, prices are insane; example: One of my wife's favorite store is Zara, this last winter she bought a sweater on sale for $12.99 out of the original price of $59.00 She was in shock when couple weeks ago she found the same, same sweater at Salvation Army store for $25.00.They forgot the items they sale are donations and 90% of the people who shops there have financial issues and can not buy new items at the original storesWe understand annual inflation plays a role in the price increase but citizens with financial issues and needs must be their priority, perhaps if they lower the funding to their charity which is 86.90% of their sales can keep their prices more affortable for our community in needs and pay their employees better wages so they can get a little more motivation and stop treating costumers in a very rude and offensive behaviour like it's the case at the Salvation Army located at the corner of Jane & Lawrence in Toronto Ontario. My best advise is not to continue supporting this store so they will remember the local community needs must remain their priority before anything else

I love thrifting and have gone to this location for years. We just recently renovated our home and donated a ton to them. Today I was trying to use my coupon and was just short 5 cents from $20, at the Keele location they let me use my coupon short but at this location the lady insisted I buy something I didn’t need to use the coupon. Safe to say I will no longer be donating here, will be bringing my donations elsewhere.

I gave 4 stars as I had never been into this store. However, from visiting similarly, their prices are great, just prepare yourselves as it is a second-hand clothing store yet I recommend as in this day and age save as much

I live in the area and up in till very recently would not only buy stuff from this place. But donated on a fairly regular basis. The prices are higher then normal. I would always tell myself that the higher price tag was for a good cause. A few weeks back I donated 6 garbage bags of clothes. There was unfortunately one t shirt of my friends band that got mixed in the bags. I went almost daily to see if it would be put on the shelfs. I found it this eve. I asked if there might be a discount due to it being my clothes. I didn't care about the other items at all. I just bought back my own shirt at full price. I'd rather burn my stuff before donating it to this place again. Horrible experience

wish i could have better comments to rave about, but the cashier today was unacceptably rude. merchandise, including damaged goods manager will refuse to discount. i believe in supporting local charities but in the case this location must learn basic customer service skills which start with Hello & end with Thank you for shopping & supporting our cause.

Pretty clean and tidy location. Usual good bargains to be had. Staff were not overly friendly though.
