Overall poor customer service. Honestly will depend on who serves you.Initial person I dealt with was absolutely useless and arrogant, even took a call, quoting person re phone while not addressing my starter issue part (claimed he was looking on computer, but in fact finding/quoting on brakes). Another employee stepped in and assisted.
