Took our vehicle there to do some rust prevention on the doors, and it turned out that we were playing with fire as the doors had already started to rot out. Newport took excellent care of us, fixed the doors with a perfect finish and even washed the car and sprayed rust prevention material all the way around the vehicle. Excellent value for the repair and just really impressed with the crew there overall. Thanks a lot guys!

Superb service and superior quality! Last week Newport Collision did body work on my Elantra and when I got my car back it literally looked brand new. Eddie was the name of the gentleman who took care of me during my time at Newport and I would highly recommend anyone required body work to go to Newport Collision. You would never have known there was ever any damage to the car. Compared to all the other quotes I received from other body shops in Niagara Newport was extremely reasonable and fair for the amount of work that was required to get my car back to looking normal. And to top it all off the inside of my car came back clean! They had even washed down my weather tech mats as well as wiped down the dashboard. That is going above and beyond what was ever expected of them. Thank you Newport Collision for such a fantastic job!

Even after the transaction was paid for and complete, they followed up with additional support and product to help me enjoy my vehical to its fullest. Recently I had a small repair job done on my car. They said it would take about 4 days, which was fine with me. Two days later I received a call that it was ready. I was very happy with that news, I went in to pick up my Kia and was amazed not only at the fine repair they did, they washed, cleaned the leather and cleaned the windows as well.
