Stay away from these CROOKS! They initially charged me 2 hours work when the plumber was there for 45 minutes.They said it was travel time, I live in Timberlea. They charged a 100% mark up on the cleaning fluid, on top of all that he didn't even turn the water heater back on.This was for a Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.They are the epitome of Fort Mac price gouging.

Great service from the office and the field tech that came to do the work. My furnace was running but not heating, they came to fix the issue and left. Little while after had to call them back for further repair, they sent the worker back and got the issue solved. Definitely using again in the future.

out of all the places I called in Fort McMurray for the problem I was having the receptionist was the most helpful and had me on the phone with an actual mechanic within a minute.they were the only place in town that could have someone stop by that same day to make sure everything was working properly. I mean I was blown away. exceptional customer service, great communication oh my concerns were addressed and by the time he left, I felt 1000% better than when I initially called.I called around probably seven or eight different places last year for prices on duct cleaning and dryer vent clearing. I really felt like everywhere else was just trying to upsell, They didn’t really know too much about what I was asking or it just felt really impersonal, distant.but this year I was on my fourth call, I believe before coming across northern plumbing and heating and, they really stand out.I can’t see myself calling anyone else in Fort McMurray, this is a place to go! Highly recommended

Replaced my heat trace the end of the winter 2021 and now had it fail and replaced again. No discount or anything. Disappointing. Technicians are good and friendly as well as decent service, so not disappointed in that aspect.

We called to have our hot water tank replaced. Had a quote, removal, and installation all in the same day! They were professional to deal with and addressed all our questions and concerns promptly. Will definitely use them again!

Our plumbing froze under our trailer I phoned them around 12:30 pm and explained what was happening and within 1 hr I received a phonecall back and the plumber told me he was going to head over right away and have a look at the problem and when they got here they went under the trailer located the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done and proceeded with the repair, it was done very quickly and professionally, I would definitely recommend this company over the others ... Excellent service all round - from booking an appointment to being kept informed of eta of the tradesperson. The tradespeople are knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
