Just bought an almost new Elantra here. It was fantastic dealing with Craig and Ryan. Gave me a fair price for my trade without having to haggle and both were very down to earth and easy to talk to. No pressure sales and worked to get me a good financing rate. Highly recommend this car dealership.

I dealt with Colton and Ryan the day I was at Carloft and drove away a couple days later in a newer car that I love!!!! Very happy with my new car. Being my first I was very nervous about everything that went into getting it, but the team at Carloft were able to get me a car and have my on the road fairly quickly. Also, very thankfully that they were able to walk me through the steps since I would be lost without them. 10/10 would recommend (and shop again).

I will NEVER recommend Carloft to anyone!Purchased a 2020 vehicle in 2022 from them and have had nothing but issue after issue with the vehicle. Newest one being a tire issue but have had previous engine problems (replaced all spark plugs and fluid injectors (?) after owning the car for less than 3 months).Long story short, they sold me a car with a patched tire without notifying me about it. The patch done was super sketchy too. The mechanic who replaced the patch told me his own personal experience with Carloft and said he had nothing but issues with the vehicle he had.Anytime I’ve contacted Carloft with issues I’m having with the vehicle, it’s been a huge hassle and they’ve been no help at all. I don’t even bother contacting them about issues anymore.Also, I was asked to leave a review multiple times as I was leaving the place with the new vehicle. I hadn’t even owned it for a day. Should’ve seen that as a red flag.
