We have been very impressed with Gorilla Property Services. We had Gorilla in to clean gutters, install leaf guards and clean and dryer vent.They turned up exactly when they said they would (even called to give an ETA).On site, they were polite, professional and updated us with progress throughout. Safety and COVID protocols were strictly observed.As our dryer vent had not been cleaned frequently by the previous owner, a second visit was needed to clear a blockage. The Gorilla staff apologized profusely (although not their fault) and fixed the issue quickly and effectively.We have no hesitation in recommending them.

One of Matt's teams were in today to clean out our eavestrough gutters and wash our siding. The two team members who arrived were **Graham and Chad**. Both of these men were friendly, courteous, and very professional.Although the work required was already in the quote, Graham asked me if I had any concerns, that he indicated would be no problem when I pointed them out as this work was a normal part of their work. Prior to leaving on completion of the work Graham asked me to go around the property to confirm that I was satisfied with their work and if their were any areas of concern that I required them to address. I was happy with the completed work. While I had moved may items away from the foundation, they had also moved some items away as they had concern. All items moved by the team were returned to where they found them and they ensured that the gates were closed prior to their departure (we have a dog).Well done the team!The product that Gorilla uses to clean the exterior of a home works extremely well with their high pressure 'soft wash'. I can only say that we are impressed and will recommend this company to others.As a matter of fact, two neighbours came by whilst the work was progressing and they were impressed enough by the work being done and the personable and well-spoken manner of the team that they asked for a business card.When needed in the future we will be asking Gorilla Property Services to come back.

Gorilla Property Services pressure washed our deck last week. They arrived when we expected, did a grand job. The team that was here were courteous, friendly and we are pleased with the end result. I would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

Matt arrived promptly, had a fun bright orange truck, was very friendly and most importantly found two wind chimes and wind decorations I was convinced were stolen by neighbourhood hooligans! And laid them out carefully on my front porch railing for me to find later.I can't see inside my gutters, but I am confident they did a wonderful job cleaning them, and they have also partially restored my faith in my fellow humans in the process.Thank you Matt and crew!!!

Great experiences! I've used Gorilla to soft wash my vinyl siding and very happy with the results. Also had my green bin and garbage box washed, gutters cleaned and dryer vent cleaned. They offer discounts when adding on a service when booking another service. The crews showing up have been knowledgeable and pleasant. The owner, Matt is very hands on and seems to take pride in his work and business. Would recommend.
