Rhonda Foster of Foster Osteopathy is a hidden gem! She is extremely attentive , and listens closely to your individual needs. She is very knowledgeable and recommended stretches and strengthening exercises that have helped me get back to normal. I will definitely recommend Rhonda moving forward!

I’ve had osteo treatments from Rhonda. I don’t know what I’d do without her. She has helped relieve my fibromyalgia pains that are all over my body, from head to my toes. I highly recommend her expertise. Rhonda is very friendly and knowledgeable. 3 thumbs up from me !
