Amazing top notch staff, they make myself and other patients feel very welcome with lots of laughs/ conversation. Very personable custom approach to make it easy to get the care necessary to make a full recovery. Have recommended them to everyone I talk to. Respect them all as they listen to my needs and accommodate to me as a person not just as a patient. Always a very awesome welcome when you walk in the door and lots of good byes with hope for have a good day / afternoon/ good weekend.

Tawa Physical Therapy is an excellent place. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice. It is clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this physio clinic to anyone.

Suman is an amazing and knowledgeable physiotherapist . My wife was seeing her for her knee replacement physiotherapy. She listens to all your concerns before the treatment and resolve the issues with patience. I would strongly recommend Suman.

Trevor is a critical member of the medical team involved in my arthroplasty. He provided relief pre-surgery and continues to guide my rehabilitation. The office staff exhibits professionalism rarely experienced in any venue, and the gym is always immaculate and maintained.ADDENDUM: So, I'm on the treadmill and just zoning out when Trevor comes up and says 'Read your review. Thank-you. What would it take to get that fifth star?' And suddenly me, the man with an opinion about everything, is at a loss for words. 'Can you give me a minute?' I say. Trevor says sure and EXACTLY one minute later comes back. I start mumbling something and stumbling over my tongue and finally blurt out 'COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES! OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES. LIKE MASSAGE THERAPY...'I paused. Trevor raised an eyebrow.'...like from the massage therapists you have working here? Where they also teach massage?'And that's how I booked an appointment with Lucinda who is the one who earned Tawa Physio their fifth star from me.

Suman has been very kind, considerate and supportive in my rehab after TRKR. I have made incredible progress under her guidance.

Dave is so kind , smart and very knowledgeable.. He is so patient and always take time to listen any issues and concern .The receptionists are awesome especially Regina and Britney. They are so nice , kind and very accommodating. They always treat their patients with comfort and feels as part of their team. They sure have a good team !!!

I had a pretty mediocre experience at this clinic. I went here only because of it's location and google reviews.The first assesment they did for my biceps, I was given 1 small hammer exercise and 1 stetching exercise. I will say all the physiotherapist assistants were kind and the place was clean.I asked my physiotherapist to order my results mainly the ultrasound( which I was on a 2.5 month waitlist to get) to better treat and analyze my situation.I was a bit hesitant to go back for afollow up appointment, however I still wanted to give them a chance and my injury wasn't healing,I was in a dire situation. Turns out on my second visit the ultrasound results were not even requested, they just requested the x-ray that didn't show any fracture.I went to my family dr later and it was revealed that there is a 4 tear on my bicep. If the physiotherapist had requested the ultrasound results and formulated a plan to help treat my bicep better I would have considered going back.I work in a medical space too and understand the importance of accuracy in referrals and attention to detail as lack of it can have adverse effects on the patients health.Overall an underwhelming experience and felt like a waste of my benefits."

Arunjit Singh my Physio therapist is so great. I fractured and tore off my knee cap due to a fall in Oct at work. I had surgery and are progressing well. The staff and receptionists are so friendly and helpful.
