Metro West Car Service

I am a regular customer as I have been using Metrowest car service for more than a year now for my almost weekly air travel from Logan. They have been 100% reliable in terms of making a reservation, timing, cars and drivers. Also able to accommodate last minute requests. Great experience all around – would absolutely recommend them.

This was the first time we used MetroWest Car Service. We were very pleased with the Service. The driver was on time and the drive to the airport was very enjoyable and the driver, Joe, was excellent. We had a fair amount of luggage that was easily accommodated. We will continue to use MetroWest and we highly recommend them.The only suggestion I would provide would be for MetroWest to provide an affirmative response once the appointment is made and the credit card information is filled in.

If you would like for the air condition in the car you book to be GUARANTEED... DO NOT BOOK WITH METRO WEST CAR SERVICE. I ordered this car service to take me from Boston to Newport, RI in October of 2021. When I got into the car, the car had no air conditioning. Loved the driver but to be 6.5 months pregnant, riding in the backseat of a car with NO AC is unacceptable. Even still, because the driver was great, I was willing to use them on the return service back to Boston. However, when I called to ask them if we could receive a discount since our first ride had no AC, they told me they could not guarantee AC in a car because its a mechanical issue. Last I checked, we lived in 2021 and air conditioning in a car was not a luxury but a necessity. Businesses that don't accommodate customers for their mistakes, inconveniences and lack of thorough planning doesn't even deserve one star. However, since I can't leave one star, one will do. If you'd like AC in your car to be guaranteed, book another car service.

Used them for our wedding April 29 2018.The driver was awesome and on time.There was Champaign and plenty of cups in the limo. The booking process was simple and easy. Everything went amazing.Thank you. Will recommend.

I ride with Metro West for work on a regular basis. Every driver I've had has been courteous, punctual and friendly. Booking is incredibly easy, and they're very flexible if things change with flights. I'd highly recommend them.

Online quoted price was to Ayer from Logan. Just before being picked I asked Justin Beech, the pilot on the road, if he could take detour via Malden to drop offMy son on our way. He gracefully agreed. He waited for us at Limousine parking lot with out a bath room break.He had bladder pressure built by the time we reached Malden. Tried to relieve at a gas station and near by Dunk-in. No luck.Bath rooms were closed.Still he maintained his cool posture and piloted us home in Ayer.To my surprise quoted price was billed.Great company and our great pilot Justin!

I used MetroWest for the first time today and had a good experience. A few things I liked about it - they accept reservations and payment online, which means that you can easily make reservations at your convenience and no fiddling with credit cards when you're getting out of the car. The driver I had was great - nice car and he found me a route to the airport that bypassed a lot of heavy Thanksgiving traffic and got me to the airport very fast.

As a former employee of metrowest car service I can honestly say from the inside that this company is based on real work ethic and hard work.. I have no complaint and highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to use a luxurious car service

Do not waste your time with Metro West Car Service.My wife and I hired Metro West Car Service to take us to and from our home to Logan Airport for our honeymoon. When we returned to Logan Airport from our red-eye flight, our driver was at our home and not the airport as we had coordinated with Metro West Car Service weeks earlier. By the time we contacted Metro West Car Service, we had to wait at the airport for over an hour while the driver drove from our home to the airport. Once the driver finally did arrive, he left us to load our luggage into his vehicle while he went to the restroom inside the airport. We would have been better off ordering an Uber/Lyft upon our flight landing at home rather than using Metro West Car Service, which would have been significantly quicker and less expensive.Once we returned home, I sent numerous emails to Metro West Car Service to describe our anger and frustration with the service we received—the emails were never answered by Metro West Car Service. I then followed up multiple times over the phone, only to be left a voicemail that Metro West Car Service would refund us for 15% of the cost—we felt that was not nearly enough given our very negative experience. After receiving the voicemail, I’ve left a number of messages to speak with someone from Metro West Car Service and they were never returned.If you want to hire a reliable car service that will actually pick you up at the time and location you agreed to, don’t bother with Metro West Car Service.
