An amazing experience! My brother purchased from Zenlia in the past and recommended I go there when I purchased my home. From start to finish they were with me every step of the way from measurements to picking the fabric and accent pieces on my wall. I highly recommend Zenlia to anyone who wants high end furniture with their own twist.

I’m not big on writing reviews usually, but I chose to do that this time because I’m genuinely impressed by my experience from start to finish.The actual purchasing experience was great as I never felt pushed or overshadowed by the sales team, as it took me a couple of trips to reach a decision, and whoever was available was happy to help and provide as much time and attention as needed, WITHOUT PUSHING which actually made perfect sense when I learned later that they don’t work on commission.My furniture (L shape sectional) was exactly what I ordered and the delivery team was incredibly efficient.Thanks Zenlia, will definitely be back.

The biggest mistake you can make is to purchase from Zenlia Furniture. I spent approximately $35,000 at Zenlia Furniture which included a custom leather sofa at the cost of $11,000, which I immediately had problems with. Both the main and backrest cushion deformed after sitting on the couch a short while. The cushions would not “puff” back up and return to form. This made the sofa look aged and damaged.I contacted Zenlia Furniture immediately to express my concerns. I was met by an aggressive Manager who accused me of “intentionally jumping” on my sofa. After the heated discussion the Store Manager agreed to restore the pillows, while also stating that something like that could happen. After a few days they picked up the pillows from my home and the following morning I received an email saying that there was nothing wrong with the sofa cushions, they would not be taking any action and accusing me of being a liar. They returned the pillows to me after three weeks in the same deficient state, creating a lot of disappointment, and stress having to sit on a couch without pillows for weeks.To my surprise, I received an invoice of $600 for transport. At that point I decided I would need to take legal action. My lawyer drafted a letter including pictures and sent this via email and they chose to ignore all correspondence. I took it upon myself to get four different opinions for solutions, two were from interior designers and two sofa maker/repair experts. All had the same conclusion, the money they charged for the custom-made sofa, was not worth the money I paid.After trying to resolve this directly with Zelina and getting no where, I asked them to provide the name of the manufacturer, to which they refused. I feel they are being dishonest in stating that it was “made in Canada” as they advertise.No warranty has been provided even though I requested it, no efforts have been made to rectify the deficiencies, only that I pay the $600 transport fee for them to diagnose the problem without resolution.I have owned this sofa for 8 months and now the arm rest stitching has come undone at the seams as well. I have received a quote from another company to repair the sofa in the amount of $2000 for new high-density pillows.At this stage after all my negative experience, I feel obliged to strongly advise that you avoid doing business with Zenlia Furniture. This company has not provided any value for my money, they have provided no customer service or satisfaction and they are unwilling to repair damages or guarantee the quality of their products.BUYER BEWARE!

We first went to Zenlia because we heard that they do custom furniture for all space. We spoke to Raj that we just moved into our condo from downsizing from a house and we need to buy all new furniture to fit our condo.Kinda who is their designer came to measure all the areas and we had all custom made furniture for the entire condo.Cathy was wonderful with the entire process until delivery of all the furniture.We enjoyed working with Raj as well.The delivery guys were very careful. We are extremely please with all our furniture.Thank you Zenlia store for helping me to get all the furniture that I wanted.I strongly recommend Zenlia Home Store.

I ordered a reclining sectional from Zenlia back in November. Received the delivery and I loved the sectional exactly what I wanted. Last week I needed service and called Zenlia and they sent a person over within 24 hours to fix the issue.I was very impressed with the quality of furniture and even more impressed with the quality of their service.I recommend Zenlia for anyone looking for furniture.

At Zenlia, we were able to locate a chic Canadian-made sectional with the exact dimensions we required and the recliners we were looking for. While browsing the store, we also discovered a fantastic dining table. Zenlia's customer service was outstanding during the purchasing process, and we are happy to report that it remained excellent even after delivery. Raj and Zenlia, thank you!

Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to designing my bed set and couch. I love the furniture, it looks amazing, great quality, and it was made in Canada. I would 100% recommend going here for top quality furniture.

I purchased sofas and dinning room set fromZenliafurniturestore. The store service and delivery was very professional.Raj, Kathy and Kinda provided me with awesome service. They helped me to make the right decisions in purchasing the appropriate furniture sryle, size and colours that best fit my house. They even provided their design expertise on how to arrange the furniture and decorate the area to bring the best look in the rooms.I highly recommend this store.

I had a table, chairs and bench custom made. We adore these pieces and the look and quality of the work. We are getting many compliments. Kathy was my design consultant. She was so patient with me as I had many questions and requests and at times not decisive as to what I wanted. The furniture was supposed to be delivered around Christmas but because of staffing challenge being experienced by many companies at the time, the bench did not arrive on time. The manager realizing my disappointment offered me to deliver a bench they had at the store until my bench was ready. I didn’t take up the offer but was very appreciative of the offer. The people I worked with showed a high level of customer service (in addition to the high quality of the furniture). Thank you
