Waited for more than a year for an UPDATE on the referral. Over the phone they put you on HOLD for than 30 minutes. The receptionist is unprofessional and lazy. The whole integrity of the office and their word ethic is ridiculous.Find another urologist.

Dr. Kenneth Poon
This doctor wanted my mother to go through surgery without actually seeing her. She didn't actually needed surgery in the end. He also advised a family friend to take blood thinner medication after surgery which resulted to him bleeding out. He spent a long time in the hospital and thankfully he survived. I HIGHLY don't recommend this doctor to anyone. Beware.
