This brokerage ignores all my emails. Doesn't answer their phones. Doesn't call you back from voicemails. Are they even in business? I don't think so......Marcel the President just ignores his emails. He will NOT get back to you. Everyone at this firm is incompetent! RESPONSE TO OWNER - Really because I've sent you 5 emails over 5 days and you haven't responded to one. NOT ONE!!!! But you responded to this Google Review pretty damn fast - 1 HOUR! I started my insurance with levitt in 2021 for auto with a decent price and next year in 2022 i got renewal documents with 15% increase resulting in more than $50 increase in every payment I was still okay with it but now that i bought a new car which is mazda cx5 GS AWD with 30000kms on it my assumption was and which is fair as i did my research what other companies are offering Bri said your payment has just gone up by 4-5 dollars which was a surprise to me as earlier i was driving a chevy 2012 LS FWD and now that i bought a new one even if used 2020 insurance should have gone down so that is a big disappointment.. i told her the same thing but she said thats what she ia getting which made no sense as i checked with other insurance companies they are giving way way way better price with same inclusions.. I specifically told her that dealer has asked for proof of insurance so if she can send it to me as i updated her with all details and she said 15 minutes and it been 2and half hours she did not send anything and now they are closed .. tried to reach out to her manager alexis goes to voicemail and no revert.. refrain from getting insurance through them as they would make your life way more difficult and now I would cancel my policy with them and get rid of them as they havw such bad customer service and no obligation to follow the timeline told to a customer. Very very disappointed

As I was considering purchasing a used vehicle, my broker, Anne Ricupero was great in getting back to me quickly on quotes for the multiple vehicles I was considering. Anne was very patient in assisting me with this as well as the process of getting the vehicle registered. She was easy to get a hold or would return my calls promptly with the information I needed.
