I waited to place my order, waited half way through placing the order, and then was told to pull around front where I waited another 20 minutes for my food. Get home only to realize the bun on my Whopper is moldy. I haven't had a single good experience at this location and I'm done at this point. Terrible service, terrible food and terrible attitudes. I would highly recommend picking another location or restaurant!

Number 1 - CLOSE THE GRAVY LIDS PROPERLY! It got all over my food and the bag!Number 2- I got a large fries! This is NOT a large fry!Number 3- I got an end tomato,, don’t you throw that part out- yuck!I have been to this location 3 times! Something goes wrong, cold food, wrong food! Missing food!Pull you head out of your butts!!! And get your job done right! Pay attention!

me and my friends went to this burger king on a walk and when we went in where the chairs were the floors were sticky? as we were talking i got some chicken nuggets and motzerella sticks with the workers being absolutely disrespectful to me. the mother ella sticks were horrible and cold. the chicken nuggets gave me food poisoning. never going if i could give 0 stars i would.

Ordered my usual number 10 for myself and my wife, fries and a coke. Fries were cold and obviously old, the bun was definitely past its prime as the top was hard and the bottom was soaked from the obvious old and recooked chicken they put on it the tomatoe slices were white and soggy. I will never return to this location.

Sadly this is one of the worst Burger Kings around. Very long waits with little traffic and poorly kept kitchen most times. I drive to Brantford now for BK. Sad for such a new location. Tried to support them and am very patient but after more than 8 times and only 1 good service experience...1 star. Hope it changes.

Absolutely Terrible!First off the kitchen was filthy, food and packaging all over the floor, employees stepping all over it and couldn’t care less, it was disgusting. Then seeing the employee making the food talking on his cell phone the whole time while making the food, not paying attention at all which would explain why our order was screwed up.The burgers and fries were cold and tasted like they’ve been sitting out for days, we ended up throwing out our food it was so bad.I the owner should be completely embarrassed and ashamed, this is so poorly run with clearly no accountability, it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. How you let this type of service happen I’ll never understand.This location is due for an CFIA inspection asap!!Avoid eating here at all costs!!

So, this was the second time I tried this burger king. The first time I left without getting food.Both times I started with the drive thru. The first time there were 4 cars in the drive thru and I sat for 15 minutes with no cars moving. Luckily no one came in behind me so I just backed out and went into the store. I thought perhaps there was an issue with the order box or a stalled vehicle maybe. I went in to find 1 person ahead of me and a very poorly kept kitchen. After 10 minutes of no one helping the person ahead of me and no one with food i just gave up and left and went to Popeyes next-door. After I got food from there, I drove past to see the line up at the drive-thru at Burger king still hadn't moved.This time I thought I would give them another chance. We had the exact same issue with the drive thru as my previous visit. Again I tried the store. I posted pictures of the poorly maintained kitchen area. There was no one else in the line-up this time but me. I waited for about 5 minutes and someone finally noticed me after I fake coughed to get someones attention. A very slow moving gentleman asked what I wanted, and did correctly take my order of 2 kids meals. But another 10 minutes to wait to recieve them. In that time the drive thru only moved 1 car through. And the slow moving cook in the back made 1 trip to the freezer and didnt seem interested in making food. I had also noticed a girl in the back who popped her head out with what i believe was an onion and make some goofy gestures with it to the cook, putting it on her face and then saw me watching and ducked back out of site.Needless to say that will have been my last attempt at this Burger king unless I see a sign saying under new management".I keep my 1 star rating but I do give them bonus points for a clean customer area (helps that theres no customers)And that despite being slow they did get my order correct."

Store empty, 11:40am on a Monday, they take the guys order before us and said one minute to us, then 20m later no contact, walked out. Terrible service, I hate giving bad reviews but I wasn't even able to try the food

I waited at the counter for 15 before anyone spoke to me. 4 customers behind me left in the meantime. If you don't have enough employees incentivize the one that are there by paying extra to work harder. Not a single clean table to eat at.....disgusting.

Ordered Chicken Nuggets for my 5 year old. Was give Cheesey jalapino bites. Not a great experience for my kid. I understand order errors, but this error caused a child pain. I expect better care to be taken when dealing with kids. This reflects poorly on the trustworthiness of your business.
