Can't stop the email listing. Impossible to delete account. No contact phone number or email to stop the desperate need to get a high numbers of customers. This is a obviously sign they want to sell the company.

Terrible customer service at the post office here. They closed a package I had brought to evaluate the cost of sending, without my consent and without all the items being placed in. I advised them of this and they demanded I pay for the packaging yelling that because I had placed the opened parcel on the counter it was my fault.

I have always gone to this Postables on Danforth. I like their selection of cards and the post office location is handy for me. BUT I went in there this morning July 13, and I see that they are not enforcing the mask mandate. I was not impressed. The woman at the PO counter was selling stamps to a woman who was not wearing a mask. The customer had a mask hanging down from one ear but was not wearing it on her face. I mentioned to the customer that she was meant to wear the mask. She was not friendly and did not put her mask on. I feel that the PO worker had a responsibility to tell the woman to wear her mask. She did not do that. I informed her that if the health and safety of Postables customers is not important enough to her to follow the mask mandate, then I would not be a customer there anymore. Shoppers has a PO and they are strict about health and safety. You can do better.

Google listing said it was open but found the place closed with a notice on door. This seems quite frequent with them based on other reviews

Spectacular variety of cards from old-school to comic/quirky. Postage stamps sold. Also stationary/pens etc.Pleasant staff, easy smiles. Great place, plenty of aisles to keep ones 'distance'

Offering postal services through Canada Post such as collecting and mailing packages or renting a postal box, etc. I choose to shop local and purchase a variety of my stationery (cards, notepads, pens) and stamps. Postables is situated along the Danforth by the Carrot Common. Please note: limited street parking (pending availability), the closest TTC subway stop is Chester station or bike racks available along the Danforth. Pictures [attached] show local purchase of stamps and the strength of kindness as Canada Post visits Postables with Tim Hortons. Community of practice (CoP) includes being kind as a best practice.

I dread it every time I have to deal with this location. The staff aren’t friendly or knowledgeable as it pertains to Canada post operations (in my experience). Their operating hours are different than what’s shown on google AND the Canada post delivery notice. Got there on a Sunday to pick up delivery at 4:20pm the posted notice says they’re open until 4pm even though the Canada post slip says 5pm.

I had to pick up a package here that had some duties to be paid. The worker here tried to tell me that they don't take credit card as a form of payment and tried to make me pay online (which I could not). He said that he is getting charged an extra 2% per transaction via credit card. I am well aware that Canada Post takes all forms of payment and this is an issue with the variety store not wanting to pay service fees. After I was harassed and some arguing back and forth he agreed to take my payment. I ended up calling Canada Post after to confirm they take all forms of payment regardless of location and they do. I've filed a formal complaint so others are not subject to this type of harassment.Edit: don't take no for an answer. They are obligated to take credit card as payment and they took my payment after I threatened to call Canada post. See attached photo.

Best selection of cards in the neighborhood but not a good post office. Long lines and limited hours. The guy at the post office is rude. They charge for things that no other post offices charge for, like printing a label for a pre-paid return.

This guy needs his Canada Post contract yanked. Absolutely useless asinine little man. I have made multiple complaints about this location and they are still operating a post office. If Canada Post won’t shut them down the people need to stop patronising them altogether.
