Worst service ever. Always waiting more than 10 minutes for the smallest order regardless of ordering from the kiosk or the counter. Every visit always 10 more more minutes waiting just for a coffee only to get the coffee not even hot have to reheat it. The whole idea of buying a coffee is to be able to drink it right way hot and not have to wait to heat it upLet alone they never have anything in stock food wise/ baked good wise. A week ago ordered 2 peanut butter cookies and a chicken wrap and after I paid they told me they ran out of peanut butter cookies and chicken and have to pick something else and pay the difference I told them no and they refused to refund me had no choice to pay at the differenceI would not go to this timmies unless it’s necessary. They have the worst customer service ever

Stopped to grab a bite and a little rest before heading into Toronto. Decided to get a burger. The fries were cold( I asked for a new one) the buns were crumbly and stale. The cashier was pleasant.

This is one of those old travel center places with a few different restaurants and a large common eating area. The Tim’s here is a good size and has a decent set up for a drive through - better than many. They were well stocked with donuts and made my double double just fine. This is a “good” Tim’s.

When they keep the inside clean and serve in-person customers with the same enthusiasm as drive through customers, this Tim's is great. Unfortunately, the cleaning habits are very poor

You guys don’t deserve even a single star I use to come at this store. Just now visited the store (10:50 pm) the employee was a girl she said no for french vanilla. I worked at Tim hortons for months this thing not possible. You guys are discriminating.Visited again today person works after 11 pm always confuses us. Its might be the mike its not working on drive through. Please work on that. After repeating 3 times small french vanilla she is not able to listen. Idk what is wrong with you guys.

Had a poor experience there, at 10.30 pm at night guy said he can’t take order from inside , i have to come through drive through,i explained him am driving a semi truck , but he still refused.can’t even blame the guy as well cuz he was working all by himself, no other staff was there.

Actually the worst tim hortons ever with terrible service. Supposed to be 24 hours they only ever have small buns after 6 pm and they dont make any more food. This location is a joke.

Average tim Hortons but they constantly leave line ups at the drive thru taking and serving one order at a time, one of them was very rude when I mentioned they can't cheat the timer pad like that and they would serve faster if they took all the orders properly like every other Tim Hortons.
