Traded in my 2013 Dodge Charger SE here for a 2021 Charger RT. They gave me a very fair trade in price on my old car! Carla was super helpful and down to earth and answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the features. I did everything remotely from Vancouver so it was a very in and out experience with as little down time as possible. Everyone we dealt with from sales, financing and insurance was competent and professional. Most importantly I am loving my new car!

I live in Victoria and I bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude(Burgundy) from Nanaimo Chrysler on 11 March, 2023. Initially what i was told about the deal was that the New vehicle will be delivered to me in Victoria but the day the deal was finalized it they told me to come to Nanaimo to pick up the vehicle. I reached Nanaimo to finalize the deal and then i was told the driver side door has a big Dent in it that just happened that very morning and it will be fixed by the dealership at no cost for me. It has been over a month and half since i have been trying to get this fixed but every time i call i am being told someone will call you shortly with the final pickup date for it to be fixed and i am just being transferred from one person to another. At first Chris said he’ll get everything arranged then he said Opey will be taking care of it then Opey stopped responding to my calls and messages then I started dealing with Braydon who was the first person who reach out to me regarding this whole deal and at last he is also not in touch with me at all. Finally i started talking to Kevin( Sales Manager) and he kept everything is ready after 3 days and the service department will give me a call to fix the time and date for pickup but since then it has been 4 working days and nobody has reached out to me yet. Every time i am the one calling since last 1.5 month not a single time i have got call from anyone regarding this issue I’ve been calling almost every alternate day and haven’t got anything done by anyone from Nanaimo Chrysler.This is the worst Car buying experience i have ever had from any dealership in Canada, this is the 7 vehicle i have bought from a dealership and was the worst experience ever.!!Wont recommend going to this dealership ever!!!Once you have bought the vehicle you wont get any kind of customer service from anyone in the dealership.

Would highly recommend business with the salesman Craig at this location when looking for your next ride! Very easy to talk to and get along with. He helped me with my truck when I bought it a year ago, and have had no problems since! Have sent other people to him as well with the same experience, if not better! Great job!
