every time we go to Tim hortons in la prairie, they either forget my hash brown and tell me i didn’t order one when it was written on the screen, or they have a bad attitude towards their customers. I’m never eating at that tim hortons again. They’re all pathetic at having a good attitude. Hopefully they’ll realize that it’s the customer that is always right and to STAY CALM when talking to a costumer.

google and their app say they are open 24 hours during the week. that is not true. their app allowed me to place an order at 11:40pm, they charged my card, i drive out there...no one at drive thru...i park, doors are locked, nobody inside. place was closed. yes the head office refunded my money but was a big waste of time and a let down when you start getting excited for your frozen beverage or whatever and are denied.

Why did my coffee tasted to sour?? Did you serve my coffee with expired cream? Or was it 10 hours old coffee? My coffee tasted like lemon juice!! It was so disgusting, I couldn't even go back for a refund as I was getting late for work!! Very disgusting coffee. Please stop serving old coffee! Please , fresh coffee please!

I've always enjoyed Tim Hortons donuts up until about 2 years ago . It is now rare for them to have most of their donut varieties available, and also the quality of the donuts themselves has also gone down. And this is not limited to ONE location but is somewhat generalized.(Ex. Apple fritter /beignet au pommes used to be FULLY GLAZED ON BOTH SIDES, but is now almost only glazed on one side).

honestly tired of not being able to walk in because the doors are locked and i do not have a car to go into drive thru. especially with winter around the corner people can't even go inside to get warm with a coffee or tea.management needs to get it together because i'm tired of walking there to only not be served and have drive thru a higher priority over me just walking in and sitting to enjoy my coffee n take a break.
