I sold my house (located in Hull) in August, and Helene Theoret was the selling (and buying) agent. I highly recommend her. She was extremely professional, prompt at returning calls and emails, and answered all questions with patience and a sense of caring. I felt fully supported throughout the process. Even when I needed advice on downsizing and moving, she was there to give me recommendations and support (like offering to lend her dolly). Unlike some agents I have had in the past, who were just concerned with the bottom line, she tried her best to meet my objectives in terms of price and conditions. She is also a consummate negotiator, which probably comes from her many decades of experience. All in all, it was a great experience with Helene Theoret, and I would not hesitate to have her as my agent again.

Excellent service. Très professionnelle et attentionnée. Honnête et transparente. Je vous la recommande fortement pour la vente ou la recherche d'une propriété à Gatineau. Malheureusement, les mauvais commentaires ne représentent pas du tout la qualité du service offert par madame Théorêt (émane probablement de ses compétiteurs).
